Defekt an Laufrädern bekannt geworden, erst mehrmals über E-Mails versucht zu kontaktieren und anschließend etwa 100 anrufe noch immer keine Antwort. Schlechter Service mehr muss man denke ich nicht sagen

Update: Inmiddels heeft DT Swiss het probleem netjes opgelost met een hoogwaardige vervangende wielset. De communicatie verliep aanvankelijk wat onpersoonlijk, maar uiteindelijk is alles goed geregeld. Dank voor de service en de mooie oplossing!

Ik ben fan van de producten van DT Swiss, ze maken echt kwaliteitsmateriaal, en dat was ook een van de redenen waarom ik blij was met de wielen op mijn nieuwe fiets.

Maar toen er een probleem bleek te zijn en ik contact opnam over de terugroepactie, was de communicatie helaas teleurstellend. Je krijgt alleen automatische berichten en links naar online formulieren, zonder persoonlijke hulp of uitleg. Dat voelt erg afstandelijk en onpersoonlijk, zeker als je als klant vragen hebt of onzeker bent over de veiligheid van je product.

Ik hoop dat DT Swiss hierin verbetert, want de producten verdienen een betere service-ervaring.

I needed help with a rim I been riding for about 18 months. Had no issues other than I noticed a hairline crack near a couple of spokes on the rear wheel.
Customer service was outstanding. I contacted them directly in Grand Junction, Colorado. They fully covered an upgraded version under warranty.
They contacted me the day they received the wheel and had it shipped back in less than a week. Upgraded rim, completely rebuilt, completely free of charge!

I an era of autobots and corporate run services it's refreshing to deal with a company that backs up their product and cares about their existing customers.
Ill be a DT Swiss customer for life!

I had no problem with DT Swiss until I needed help in locating hub parts. I had to contact them twice before getting a reply, which didn't answer my question whatsoever.
I was able to locate the parts I needed easier on AliExpress.

Super schneller Service, besser geht’s nicht. Montag ist das Laufrad dort gewesen und Donnerstag repariert bei mir angekommen.
Können sich einige Firmen mal eine Scheibe von abschneiden 😊 danke 🙏🏻

Extrêmement déçu par les roues DT Swiss que j’ai achetées il y a 1,5 ans. Après seulement un an d’utilisation normale, j’ai constaté une usure anormale des patins de frein et une anomalie sur la bande de freinage de la roue avant. Malgré le fait que la roue soit encore sous garantie, on me demande de payer pour la réparation ! Pourtant, j’ai toujours respecté les recommandations d’utilisation et je n’ai jamais rencontré de problèmes avec d’autres marques de roues. Le service client refuse de prendre en charge l’intégralité des réparations, ce que je trouve inacceptable pour un produit de cette gamme. Très déçu par la gestion de cette situation et la qualité du produit

Also ...Leute habe ein E Bike Trailster C 8.0 Fully ...hat 5000 Euro gekostet. Viele Teile von DT Swiss verbaut ....laufend Probleme mit dem Rad ...jetzt suche ich seit Tagen einen Freilauf Hinterrad 11 Fach und ihr glaubt nicht was das für eine Aktion ist ...und bei DT Swiss bekommst du keinen an die Strippe....und die Fahrradgeschäfte wollen auch nichts damit zu tun haben weil da bekommst dann die Antwort das DT Swiss ein Problem ist ..1000 sende Artikel aber nichts findest ....nie mehr kaufe ich was an dem diese Marke verbaut ist ...

Das Ratchet meiner Nabe war nach 3 Jahren und normaler Nutzung verschlissen. Es gab da wohl mal eine Charge wo der RZ Wert der Zahnscheibe zu hoch war.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme konnte ich mein Laufrad kostenlos einschicken.
Es wurde daraufhin alles erneuert. kostenlos !!!
6 Tage später war mein Laufrad wieder verbaut mit "Neuer Nabe".
Was soll man sagen. TOP

Habe ein Laufrad von DT Swiss wo die Nabe gebrochen ist und die sagen bloss :"It also seems to me when I look at the pictures a problem that was caused by not maintaining the hub correctly."
Ich bin 3000km in 4 Jahren mit diesem Rad gefahren und fahre 35 Jahre MTB, aber das habe ich noch nie gehabt !! Schlechte Qualität im Vergleich zur Shimano MT 500 die nicht mal die Hälfte kostet.Keine Weiterempfehlung
Absolter Müll zum besten Preis!!!

Rayons cassés roues AV et AR, jante fissurée (sans m'en être aperçu), rayons rouillés et corps de roue libre mal monté. Mais surtout SAV calamiteux. 2 mois pour changer un rayon. Même sous garantie, sav facturé car rayons oxydés. Impossibilité de récupérer ma jante fissurée pour constater la réalité de la fissure.
Les défaillances du sav dtswiss France m'ont été confirmées par les cycles chadaleux-véloland à Vannes.

Felge war nach 7 Jahren mit hoher Belastung nach Schlauchplatzen (Manometer war defekt) gerissen... mit Weiterverwendung von Narbe und Speichen wurde sie problemlos und unkompliziert von DT SWISS als Serviceleistung ersetzt und komplett neu aufgebaut... für ca. 150 € incl. Versand war ich voll zufrieden... auch mit Kommunikation über Kundenservice per Emailkontakt... wirklich klasse, Dankeschön...

I have had a number of MTB but never ridden on DT Swiss until I purchased a YT eMTB. I was led to believe that these were high quality components for the £6000 I was spending on the bike. I can verify they are NOT. I was not aware that spokes were a consumable item until I rode on DT Swiss wheels. 2000km and I have lost count of the spokes replaced on my rear wheel such is the regularity with which they break. And I am not even a hard rider!!!
I think it says a lot that YT have switched brands on their latest models. DT Swiss and YT however have demonstrated a complete lack of customer care. IF they have ever responded to me this appears to have been shrugged off as "just one of those things".
Very poor experience of a brand I thought of as premium when in fact there appears to be very little that is actually premium about them.
If you are in the market for an eMTB, please avoid if it is rolling on DT Swiss wheels.

Mise en garde pour les jantes vélo route DT SWISS PR 1600 Dicut. Roue se voile facilement au bout de 7 mois d'utilisation normale. Seule proposition collage d'un rayon.............peu sérieux ! Vu le prix d'achat (700 €) on est en droit d'attendre beaucoup mieux.

Buongiorno signori della dt swiss dove swiss sicuramente non fa rima con la proverbiale assistenza e puntualità svizzera è dal mese di agosto che avete in assistenza la ruota in oggetto che a seguito del surriscaldamento della pista frenante si è deformata cosa che posso capire a un cerchio cinese avete detto dipeso da pattini non appropriati (corima) secondo voi dovevo usare i pattini swissstop e va bene veniamo a noi da vostre comunicazioni mi avevate assicurato che la ruota mi sarebbe stata consegnata la prima settimana di ottobre invece questa mattina mi dite che la ruota non sarebbe pronta prima di metà novembre.....scherziamo o ci prendiamo in giro nel frattempo ho dovuto acquistare altra coppia di ruota x continuare a pedalare non certamente dt swiss visto la vostra pessima assistenza faro' pubblicare questa mia recensione su tutti i siti possibili saluti domenico lacenere 3480329941
