Then got an email from Ashleigh to keep me updated, absolutely superb customer service. Oh yes and Dryrobe Advanced is amazing and just superb quality, definitely paying the extra for service and quality of the garment. Thank you.

I bought the wrong robe for what I wanted. It was easy to return it and purchase the right one, which was delivered quickly.

Delivery was excellent and I was so excited to finally get an abstract dry robe I’ve been wanting for so long but I ordered a women’s XL and it was massive right down to the ground and like a tent so must have been a men’s. So sad to have to return it but returns process very easy too.

Dryrobe scrunched up and dumped in box rather than being folded. Box not packaged very well big gaps where flaps not taped down properly and item missing from order, very disappointed. Don’t exchange item for similar as smaller item not in stock so I need to wait until my refund is processed and sent to me and will then need to re-order new Dryrobe all in all not very impressed with the service.

I ordered the seat covers and you dispatched and delivered in a timely manner 👍 just as it should be done.

We already have Dry Robe coats so it was an easy decision to go with seat covers.

I have been purchasing Dryrobe products since the companies early days. The quality of each item has always been of the highest standards. The car seat covers, the coats, the towel robes, key rings, dog accessories etc.. have always stood up to the experiences I have put them through over the years. Hundreds of beach days, dog walks, with the few festivals thrown in have not reduced the performance (yes you need to maintain them yourself, with dryrobe guidelines).
Through no fault of Dryrobe, I recently had a real issue with my 8 year old dryrobe coat. The costumer service team and the final outcome was nothing short of outstanding service. They have been both engaging and helpful, including sympathetic from my initial phonecall to the conclusion. Seeing this company grow, has someone from north devon has been of great satisfaction. But no matter how big a company they now are, they still maintain their enthusiasm and passion to provide the best products and costumer satisfaction. Pays to not buy cheap buy twice.

Great product and great customer service

I love DryRobe. I love their ethos. I love their offerings. I love the quality and durability as much as the "vibe". Whilst I wish that I could reuse a promotional code within the time frame before expiry, even this niggle isn't enough to demote the fabulous experience I have from five stars. Not even the fact that the estimated shipping time is for UK deliveries, not international - and you have to add about ten days. No not even that can take away from being glad I found DryRobe and can use it for my outdoor adventures.

Didn’t respond to my complaint, and failed to affect any compensation. It’s a shame, I like the brand, but their after sales offers an unsatisfactory service!
