Hi Richard,
Thank you for your purchase and for taking the time to leave us a review.
I did pull up your account, and It does look like a subscription was created at the time you placed your original order in September! We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
That subscription was still active, So I just canceled that subscription for you so that we can avoid an additional shipment auto-processing later this month. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call so we can go over everything with you! You can reach us at (888) 982-7764.

I use after I've cleaned my face and eyes. It amazes me how much I've missed. It took about a week of regular cleaning, but now my eyes are a lot less puffy.

I placed my order by phone. The person who took my order was very helpful. There was a delay in the arrival of my order caused by USPS. I reached out and was immediately offered assistance.

My suggestion would be to include an applicator
I just started using the product. So far it works well. No irritation. But, it is a bit messy. My suggestion would be to include an applicator, if only for the sake of convenience. Note- Keep in mind that am using this product for cosmetic purposes (lash boosting, as recommended by my doctor) so I won’t know the full effects of the product for several weeks.
