Excellent seller!!!
My Dry Eye Rescue order was packaged with great care. I really appreciated that the boxes of Blink Eye drops all arrived in great shape. Before I found Dry Eye Rescue, I did not have this experience. Plus they offer the same price, loyalty rewards and free shipping. There’s no reason to order anywhere else.

Great product!
Great product. Works wonders for those with dry eyes. I used to have to drive to my ophthalmologist to purchase this product, but found Dry Eye Rescue online. Setting up an auto-delivery works best for me. Ordering is easy and shipping and delivery is a breeze. Thank you!

Dishwasher repair
The technician, Bill, was punctual and polite and contacted me to verify the time he would arrive. He assessed the problem as a lose connection in the touch pad to start the dishwasher but unfortunately was unable to repair the dishwasher since the part was no longer available due the age of the unit.

Hi Mildred,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with the timeframe of shipping. We understand that we fell short of your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
We were temporarily out of that product and initially expected our inventory to arrive earlier than it did, which added a slight delay to when we could fulfill and ship your order.
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we are taking it into serious consideration. We are committed to making things right and improving our services based on your input.
Please accept our deepest apologies and know that your concerns are being addressed. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can reach us by phone at (888) 982-7764 or by email at orders@dryeyerescue.com.
Best Regards,
Kelly
