Amazing service

I called up to order an agogo bell clamp which turned out to be unavailable. I was contacted the same day and refunded. Super customer service from Phil, who also spent quite a lot of effort trying to find something else in stock that would work for me. He really went the extra mile, especially for a relatively low value order. Will definitely be back to buy more. Outstanding service, bravo!

Item not available

Placed an order and item was showing 6 in stock. Received an email the next day saying there had been an error. Happy with how quickly I was notified and the refund speed. Shame they weren’t able to supply
