We would like to clarify that a sick leave certificate (CIT) requires a specific type of medical consultation. Where a CIT is required, our medical team can advise on the appropriate appointment and our Customer Service team can then assist with arranging it.

Simple processes to arrange, conduct and conclude the exam for IMT purposes. The fee was fair and the information seemlessly transmitted to the IMT. This is the second time I have used this service. I recommend them.

I organized an appointment with Dr.Online for a Portuguese Driver's License renewal. My experience was an excellent one, and these are some of the reasons why.
1. The information I received before the appointment was clear and thorough. I was advised to have certain documents ready for the consultation with the doctor and I received a link to check if the audio and video were working correctly.
2. Thought the consultation did not start right on the dot, I received an email telling me how long the wait would be. It was actually only a few minutes.
3. The doctor, Dr. Jose Tome, was very friendly and very clear in his communication. He also seemed to enjoy his work. And I enjoyed the short discussion we had about online doctor services available in Europe.
4. All in all, it was easy to organize the appointment, the consultation provided exactly what I needed and the price was excellent - and I should mention that the payment process was smooth.
