We needed our drone repaired, thankfully we had the repair insurance (recommended). The overall process was perfect and staff were very friendly and supportive. Also there was clear communication from Droneworks while we waited for the drone to be repaired which only took a week.

I contacted Droneworks after a silly mistake caused my drone to crash and break an arm. I sent the aircraft by post and they contacted me to confirm receipt. They phoned me with instructions on how to unbind the drone, so they could test it on their controller. It was repaired and returned to me in a few days, as good as new. Top class work by Droneworks. Now, it's up to me to avoid any more crashes, but if things go wrong, as can happen, it's good to know a company like this can fix it.

Super job. My DJI mini 2 drone was badly damaged, but the guys in Drone Works replaced the shell and fixed it up and fully tested all functions before returning. Good as new now.

Small value customer here, only spent 80+70 eur in the store. I needed to return one of the item as it was not fitting for the intended goal (nothing wrong with the item, but i needed for a very specific purpose). They accepted back the item and processed the refund without hesitation. The other item needed to be changed as I picked up the wrong item. Again they exchanged it with no hassle. Bought from them through a long established Internet selling/buying website. Very poor well almost non existent responses to any queries I asked through that websites messaging process. Very disappointing unfortunately as you hear great things from folk who buy €3k plus drones from them, from my experience I guess if your not a big spender, your just ignored. Item sold with warranty, refuse to honour it. Genuine customer,they didn't even ask to see flight logs/records as it would immediately demonstrate that there is a machine fault within the warranty period.

This place gave me a great deal on a mini 3. Their sales are fantastic. But, when you buy drones with them it gives you the option for repair refresh. You think it's the DJI repair refresh with the same name but it's their own service. This feels very shady, like advertising one thing but selling another.

It's still a great service and great prices. I'd buy from here every time but please change the name of your repair package, it's asking for trouble in my opinion. I don't mind using your repair refresh, but from the name I was expecting something else and I don't think it should be that way.

Would buy again.
