Really bad
Really bad, our recharge box did not work meaning we had no power unless plugged in to a powered sight! Roof was leaking water, the windscreen wiper had broken off! And Blinkers were playing up. absolute ripoff made our holiday very unenjoyable

“Price guarantee, no hidden fees” LIES ALL LIES
“Price guarantee, no hidden fees” load of absolute rubbish was quoted online when we booked £280 or there abouts. We were told as booking there may be a SLIGHT fee for young driver... went to pick up the car and it was almost £800 and we had no choice but to pay. Completely ripped off, how can you quote over £600 off what we were expected to pay. Won’t be using you again or recommending to anyone. Absolutely disgusting money stealers.

Prior to making a reservation, DriveNow gives the customer every opportunity to view the additional information and we display any included and excluded items. All information is provided for the customer to view pre & post booking a rental vehicle. DriveNow provide our customers every opportunity to read and view this information prior to making a reservation.
When selecting a vehicle which allows drivers 23+ years of age to hire a vehicle, an age surcharge amount for drivers under 25 years may apply as displayed online. This amount cannot be built into the rental cost on DriveNow.com.au, as not all travelers will be under the age of 25 years and the age surcharge cost can vary between Airport, City, Regional or franchised owned locations. We advise customers to contact DriveNow to confirm the cost of the age surcharge or contact your chosen rental car supplier to discuss this further.
The price displayed on DriveNow will include the rental cost, the standard liability option and one way fee. The rental car rate does not include additional extras such as liability reduction options, windscreen damage, additional driver fee, driver age surcharge for under 25’s, GPS, Child seats, snow cover, tolls, credit card surcharges issued by the rental car supplier, security bond amount and all other optional extra items you choose to add on to your rental.
Your DriveNow confirmation with Keddy UK reflected the amount of £284.05 prior to the purchase of optional extras.
Your final Keddy UK invoice reflected a total of £405.54. As advised, Keddy UK have applied the young driver surcharge portion at vehicle collection. This amount was £29.16 per day. For your five days rental the age surcharge was £145.80.
At purchase the transaction value of £405.54 converted in card holder currency to $762.39AUD on your credit card statement.
