I had some trouble when I realized the van I wanted was no longer available. I was also locked out of my email, but talking to a rep online made things so easy, and not to mention helped me get a new van and had the best attitude doing so!! great customer service here!

Frustrating and expensive experience
Even though I've used drivenow before today was such a disappointing experience that I will not use them again. Had booked for Hertz via drivenow and they had some how added that there should be a voucher number. Hertz could not proceed with the booking without the voucher so we were left in the rain with no car. Had to walk to the next closest car rental service who also had no cars. Had to pay for 2 uber's to eventually reach the airport to collect another car. Did use the live chat function on drivenow to try and locate a voucher number and whoever's I spoke to just told me my reservation number repeatedly even though I told him I needed a 6 digit voucher code. Whole process ended up taking us 5 hours and over £100 in uber fares. Ridiculous.

No one else could get me a car
No one else could get me a car. Not travel agent or other sites no one except Marta.
She was so helpful.
I still can’t believe that I am actually going to get this 7 seater van when everyone else said none available. Hope it all works out.
