I’m not sure why it’s taken me 2+ years to write a review for this, but it’s better late than never. Had the surgery on my left pec, back in October 2021. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Since the surgery, I’ve been able to enjoy life so much more than prior to it. The pain the gyno caused me, physically and mentally, was unbearable. So since it was removed, my well-being had increased, I’ve never been in better shape, I can focus on things far more, too. Simple things such as watching a film, going to the gym, sitting on a train, reading a book etc. those things are far easier now I have the mental clarity of not being in constant pain. Thank you, Dr Nurein. Truly. It was worth every penny.

After having gyno since the age of 12/13, I’ve always had self confidence problems with my chest and wanted surgery. Having never had an operation, I was absolutely petrified of going under the knife, but finally bit the bullet 9 days ago and had bilateral gland extraction with vaser lipo.

I can tell any prospective client of Dr Nurein, the procedure itself painless and took about 50mins with an additional 20mins either side for pre op consultation and post op aftercare. The initial injection of local anaesthetic (which people say is the worse bit) is no different to getting a flu jab.

Day 1 - 3 post op, I’ve had some mild soreness (comparable to after a heavy weight training session) which has been controlled by over the counter paracetamol.

Day 4 onwards, no soreness or pain relief.

The surgical team are fantastic, Olga and Hanna quickly put you at ease, and are right beside you for comfort throughout the procedure. The professionalism of Dr Nurein and his team clearly demonstrate why they are the leading gyno clinic in the UK.

9 days post op, the results have exceeded my expectations and I’m excited to see the final results in 6 months time once the swelling has subsided.

My only regret…..not having surgery sooner! So for those that are reading the reviews, watching YouTube videos and debating whether to go through with the procedure, don’t hesitate any longer and get booked in for life changing results.

I’m only 1 week post surgery so I am yet to see the final result, but I have confidence in the way it is looking and healing now. The whole procedure is over pretty quickly. The team around him is available to contact if you have any questions. I would have liked to have spoken to dr nurein after the surgery, but I understand the business side and how busy he is. If you require this surgery dr nurein is the man.

Very good experience so far. Currently 2 weeks into my recovery and am very pleased with my results so far.
I have to say I was extremely nervous before hand as I had never had anything done like this before. Looking back on it I don’t know what I was worrying about and wish I’d done it years ago. The surgery wasn’t the most enjoyable hour of my life but it was a lot better than expected and more than bearable.

Dr Nurein and his team provided a very professional experience from start to finish. The nurses did a great job of relaxing my nerves before and during surgery.

The surgery itself wasn't the most comfortable experience. My initial dose of local anaesthetic seemed to wear off and I could feel a bit of pain. But Dr. Nurein listened carefully to my needs and provided more anaesthetic promptly.

The aftercare package and level of support available post-op is exceptional. The aftercare team are quick to respond to any concerns and queries.

On the whole, the experience was really positive. I'd definitely recommend to anyone considering Dr. Nurein to carry out their gyno surgery.
I am currently 20 days post-op and definitely feel more confident, but still waiting for the final results to show.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I had gyno surgery elsewhere 3 years ago which unfortunately did not yield the results I was looking for. I had a consultation with Dr Nurien who immediately acknowledged my condition and offered to resurrect my remaining gyno. 10 days post surgery I can tell the difference already. After Living with gyno for most of my life I decided i had enough, did my research and found out about Dr Nurein.

The info given was clear and easy to follow and the procedure easily booked and the option to play monthly is super convenient.

the nurses where friendly and reassuring removing the nervous I had before the surgery, after which resulted in my shirt size going from and XL to an L.

A really simple process from start to finish, I never felt anxious at any point. Pain free experience - which I’m shocked at. Dr Nurein is great at being able to work things around your schedule rather than a “here’s my hours, you deal with it” type of approach that many companies take.

I had a really positive experience with Dr Nurein and team. I’ve undergone the surgery 10 days ago, and I’m now in the middle of my recovery. The procedure was about 1 hour long and pain-free for most of it. I was able to get the tube home and didn’t feel any sharp pain in the following days.

The team was great: they really helped me stay calm and made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout the surgery. Dr Nurein and team were friendly and professional. I would recommend the clinic to other men looking to get rid of gynecomastia.

Let me just start off by thanking the main man himself - Dr Nurein. His exceptional skills within this field exceeds expectations, not just for myself but for everyone! He provides all the support and guidance you need throughout the whole process. Start to finish.

I recently had my gyno surgery with Dr Nurein and it was a great experience. The nurses were particularly helpful, making me feel comfortable and less anxious. The surgery wasn't as painful as I expected, and once the anaesthetic kicked in, I felt no pain at all. The results were visible right away.

One week after the surgery, my healing is on track. The recovery instructions have been straightforward and effective.

I had gynecomastia surgery done elsewhere and they did not remove all the tissue, I came to dr nurein and he got all of the gland out. I feel so happy to be free from this condition, thank you so much.

Leading up to the surgery Dr Nurein was very helpful in explaining what was going to be done and what to expect. On the day of the surgery the team were excellent and helped calm any pre op nerves I had. They spoke to me throughout the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I am currently still in the healing process, but am extremely happy with the results even two weeks after the procedure and the aftercare team have been very helpful in making sure everything is healing as it should and giving me the right directions on what to do going forward. Best decision I have made finaly getting the procedure done and having Dr nurein perform it.

This was a fairly quick process from initial consultation to having the surgery. The surgery was very quick too, i think i was in and out in under two hours with the actual surgery itself under one hour. Its very clear from the start they are all very experienced and a great team. My results have been pretty good and i still have more healing to go. I would definitely recommend Dr Nurein.

I had my gyno surgery in March 2023, I’m 47 years old and have wanted this surgery for 20 years but have been too afraid to go through with it. The surgery itself for me was not as bad as I imagined it would be, ok it’s not a great experience but it’s certainly doable! I would not trust anyone else with this surgery except Dr Nurein, he is very professional and skilled in this surgery. Unfortunately for me I was in the low percentage of people who have complications but even after an infection and seroma my results are life changing. Through the last few months during my complications Dr Nurein was very quick to reply to my messages and to offer advice, treatment and peace of mind, everything he told me about the healing process I went through turned out exactly as he said it would and I have complete trust in him. My case is still ongoing , I recently had scar tissue released from my right nipple and will be having a touch on the lipo later in the year due to some stubborn fat at the sides, this is all free of charge as Dr Nurein wants you to have the best possible results. I certainly have no regrets, even after a rough ride with recovery I can now where the clothes that I like and I do not get self conscious of my appearance anymore. If you have low self esteem about your gyno , don’t be scared of the surgery, I was terrified but really it’s not that bad and it’s really worth it as it will change your life.
