I adore Dresden. Currently living in Canada so I love that I can get glasses here. I have over 20 pairs clear and 6 sunnies of original shape. At least half are from when there was one off colours. This last order I went with the new red. I have through word of mouth sold at least a hundred pairs. I have also written to the company to hire me to manage and open a location in Edmonton.

Love Dresden glasses! Loved their customer service and ease of ordering online. I called to the store to find out my PD measurement and then just ordered two awesome pairs online and received them fairly quickly. Love how light the glasses are and versatile- i can mix and much as much as I want with my other pairs. How fun!

I required a replacement for a broken frame , the customer service staff were friendly, granted the request and new frames were delivered by courier to the door in five days. The staffer recommended that I check out YouTube videos on inserting lenses into new frames. I had not thought of this , the process wasn't as easy as it looked in the clip. The frames are quite resilient and took the pressure required to push the lenses into place.

I bought my first pair of glasses in Melbourne around 2018. I really liked the idea of ​​putting together my own colors. This year my glasses broke in the spring and because I'm from the Czech Republic. I ended up ordering glasses in Canada and my daughter-in-law brought them to me when she flew in with her grandchildren to visit us. The glasses are great!

Ordered and paid for 2 pairs on Nov 11, still yet to receive them with zero correspondence from you until I enquired finally late last week. Was told one of the pairs didn't pass the QC test so had to be remained. So you say. May be true or a convenient excuse. Your communication is horrendous, especially with a client purchase profile like mine. Disappointing.

I’ve always felt the big optometrist chains are rip offs - I got a pair form Dresden last week and couldn’t be happier, great price, great service and being able to change frame and arm colours is fantastic - and the very clever plastic hinge pins are easy to replace. Good Australian made brand and if you can get to a store the staff are so helpful. I would expect their on line customer service is as good.
