I am getting the same story as other people on here. Deposited £40 with skrill, won up to £500 and then lost down to £40 again sigh, my stupidity. Oh well I withdrew the £40 I had left but was told the payment "failed" and they asked me to send bank statement so they can pay me that way instead.. The withdrawal is not showing in either pending or accepted its just disappeared and when I contact support I am told it is "being processed" but to me it seems like they have just wiped it from existence. I don't expect to see the money after seeing other reviews on here. The only silver lining is that I don't feel bad about losing my winnings, since I highly doubt I would have been paid £500 if they aren't even willing to send a paltry £40.
EDIT: Yesterday (9 days after withdrawal request) I got an email saying they are processing new withdrawal and today the money is in my bank account, surprisingly... so they did pay in the end. Time frame was unacceptable but at least they did pay back

The worst and most corrupt casino I have ever played stole my £7500 which i won closed my account the online chat is a complete joke never again will i go near a site like this then when I emailed them they asked for bank statements from august 1st sent them that then they said sorry we cant give you your money stay away dont be scammed by me

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I won £80, might not seem a lot to some but to me and my family it would be a massive help. Couldn’t withdraw money so kept emailing and then they decided to close my account to look into things and it’s been months and I’m emailing every other day with no reply and still no money. DO NOT Trust them.

Absolute disgrace won £7500 last night they closed my account down few hours later and only received my deposits they gave me no reason why my account was being closed please help the online service was no help username therookgh

Have played twice depositing £20, and made a £100 withdrawal. Got the money in less than 24 hrs. Very happy. Will definitely play again soon.

Lying thieves - DO not use this site - they took £950 of my money instantly and when I tried to withdraw £300 they lied by saying it failed due to my bank - which is a complete lie after I spoke to my bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid avoid avoid they let you spend your money and give you pennies back. Then when you complain they block your account they just rob you and shouldn’t be allowed to take peoples money like they are.

Terrible casino. Payouts on bonus rounds are so low as compared to others if you even get them to come up. The customer support reps are very rude, unprofessional and uneducated. I want to warn everyone about using this casinos all White Hat Gaming. I’ve been waiting 6 days for my withdrawal, and I still haven’t received my money. Customer support can’t provide any specific information, and every conversation ends with the same response - “Your withdrawal is processing.”

I am shocked by the lack of professionalism and transparency. Reading other reviews on Trustpilot, I see that I’m not the only one facing this issue. This casino seems untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Two wins since I joined last week. Both paid out within the time frame of 48 hours so no issues with receiving payments. Would have given 5 stars if payouts were quicker.

dreamvegas like all reviews have changed a lot my friend deposited £40 had a little play but decided to take out £37 so effectively cancelled the cash bonus he got along side his deposit ,all of a sudden he was under review after withdrawing what was left ,after three attempts on chat and constantly being told he had been sent an email and to refer to that he told them it was causing him stress anxiety because all he wanted was his money back ,on that note they have banned him from theres and sister sites as they feel he has a gambling problem ???? after the latest chat he was told it will be sent for review and he will receive his payment ?? when he asked how long will that take the answer was they dont no ??? absolutely disgraceful customer service ,surely they shouldnt be allowed to take deposits until all checks have been done avoid like the plague

I've won and had money into my bankaccount from dream Vegas. Few things - upload documents first. Don't take a joining bonus unless you only will bet £5 stakes.
They can't refund to your card, so require proof of your bank account. I had a lot of emails chasing them, and it took a while but they've now paid (using a faster payment, so within minutes from being approved).
Everyone on chat is helpful.
I've played Starburst and have £4.2k back (put about £2.5k in). So returns are good.
Get verified first and expect a bit of a wait if not. Yet, it's legit and although I was worried at first, they paid.
