I have had an online account with dreamvegas for years. I have a daily limit of £40 and yesterday I deposited £20 and received a £10 bonus.

I went to deposit tonight and the daily vegas perk wouldn't work so I spoke to them online and they said my account is being monitored and I will not be getting any perks or bonuses for 30 days as I've been playing more than usual. Its not my fault the £30 lasted me hours!

I will not be depositing anything with them and will not use my account again!

Took my initial match-up, and it played quite well for a while. Eventually i lost, then i proceeded to deposit further monies ( only a small amount £20).To my dismay my deposit wouldn't load into my casino account. I then went on chat, typed in the problem, and they had the cheek to ask me why i was gambling at such a time of day!! If these sites are so concerned with people having a punt,at any time of the day,why do they encourage it in the first place. These sort of people take the fun out of it by being controlling over people, hypocritical if im being honest.

Worst site ive ever played on, honestly I must have put at least two hundred pounds in coz i kept thinking surely I'll win now but no, never again. Please do not waste your money and time on this site

I have had my dream vegas account for a while now and they have now decided because I won 450 pound they will restrict me by taking all bonuses away and also the loyalty rewards away this happened just after I withdrew from them. so please don't join this casino as they rob you of your rewards you build up by topping up and all the perks and promotions are taken if you win. my profile photo is the email they sent restricting me so you have proof just zoom in to read

5 x weeks & still waiting!

Great casino on paper, site looks good, great slots. Played for a couple of days £12k staked, £15k withdrawn... then the fun started.

1) Verification requests post withdrawal. All documents provided and site stated this was approved (I have a screen shot).
2) I was locked out of my account.
3) I received a request asking for the official bank statement that actually showing the payments being made into the site. This is not mentioned on the verification requirements only a statement in the last 3 x months. So I had to wait until end Jan when this was provided by the bank.
4) Mid Jan (cannot remember the date) Safer gambling call held with the site to confirm all was well, which I was then advised I would be reactivated. 3 x wks on - still locked out.
5) 3rd Feb - all statements showing transactions issued to Dream Vegas - since complete radio silence, no acknowledgement etc. despite numerous chases.

I am sure that we will eventually get this resolved, but my experience of trying to get the money out of this company has led me this review. This really isn't good enough and needs to be fixed for other customers.

I have now revised the rating and wanted to confirm that this payment has finally been made.

STRESS STRESS STRESS, this casino just wasted 30mins of my life trying to steal my money they basically make it as difficult as possible to withdraw hoping that u give up and maybe just lose your winnings I tried withdrawing 140 from 20 deposit and everything I submit withdraw it doesn't process I spent ages on live chat doing my head in and eventually tried to withdraw from another phone and it worked tell them u have done nothing wrong and their site is going against trading standards and you will report them they will then suggest a way u could try to withdraw as by now they know they are in trouble and it should work but never the less report them anyway

Been 8 days and still not received my winnings being told the same thing every day they’re reviewing my withdrawal!! Does anyone know if we actually received our winnings ??

Waiting for withdrawal of £2514.57 username john26285 after a failed withdrawal, they have emailed me to say what bank would I like the winnings paid into but have gone quiet now and I feel bit in limbo, the site it’s self is very good with the layout and games they have to offer I will change to 5* review if the withdrawal is more prompt

I recently joined dream Vegas loved the site the staff I found very pleasant very helpful, initially reading the reviews I became a little concerned however I can find no fault my withdrawal was processed within 24 hours and the money is in my account thanks to all the staff at dream Vegas

Same as everyone is saying. They blocked my account and kept my money. They say : we can’t let you know when this will be sorted.

Joined yesterday and made 2 withdrawals this morning £300 and £200 after reading these reviews I’m not hopeful I will receive it

Withdrew £1548 Thursday 28th November and I'm still waiting for my money, they have blocked my account and keep feeding me rubbish, any one know there address so can pay them a visit

stay away ..... scam I made £12000 never seen a penny and they set up a weekly direct debit on my account for £400 . We are heading out to their address as im there next week , not getting away with it. found their directors home details wasn't hard

This site has some fantastic games to play. The problem they lack is communication and time frame. I went on this site on 19th november deposit 40 pound played a few slot games and won. I did 2 withdrawals 1 of 270 pound and the second 70 pound, the time frame is 48 hours. I'm now 9 days in withdrawals still in review, no pay out. Given them all the identification and more to process, then they temporarily close my account. I'm stressed to the max. I've not been rude or abusive and don't understand how a casino can be quick to take a deposite but no pay out when you've won the money. The customer service are friendly but repeat the same thing, saying the processing can take time. I was lucky and had a really helpful customer service person who did try to help further but I still got now where. If dream vegas pays me I will come on here and let you know. It's the 29th november and dream vegas has paid me it took 10 days and a lot of hassle which wasn't needed. Thank you dream vegas

They are stealing your money. Deposited more than 500 and didnt pay out a penny. Dont trust 5 stars reviews they are fake reviews paid by them. Stay away from these worms , thiefs and rats

So far I'm liking this site, I've made a small withdrawal and it's been nearly 24hrs so will update and give 5 starts once the money reaches me. Love the slots so far so good

Update: finally after a nightmare I got paid to my bank account

i put in $50 i won $500-$600 i withdrew the money it told me i need to wait 24 hours for it to progress from pending 2 days later my account is locked tried live support they waste your time asking for you dob full name address ect then end chat 15mins later i play loads of online casinos and have never gone out of my way to do a review but have so you dont have get scammed out of your money
