Drain Doctor - York Recenzje

Really helpful and polite. Our engineer attended and found the issue, cleared the drain and explained throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Owen was brilliant and went above and beyond when we had trouble with our drains on Boxing Day, From phone call to arrival took less than a hr and he did a fast and efficient job of getting the house up and running. Wouldn't hesitate in using Drain Doctor again..

Absolutely fantastic service!
Called on Christmas Eve and had an engineer called Lee out to me in the afternoon. He quickly assessed the situation and sorted it out professionally and efficiently. Very polite and fantastic customer service all round!

I was particularly impressed by Helen the lady in the office who kept me informed of the arrangements. The engineer who fixed the problem talked me through every aspect of what had caused the blockage and how he had cleared it and I was sent a report of the work, complete with photographs which showed what he had done. Excellent service.

Quick response and communication were perfect.
Would highly recommend Drain Doctor.

Work was for blocked toilet.

Lee did a first class job, from finding the route of a foul smelling dead end drain to fixing it without a hitch.
Then on top of that, going the extra mile and finding another one we never even knew about!! He sorted it with a quick and easy fix which gave us great re-assurance. Many thanks for everything, David and Angela.

Pub with blocked drains backing up:
Service arranged promptly, serviceman arrived when promised. Very thorough service, time taken to explain the problems and solutions and given a real-time video tour through the drains after they were unblocked and cleaned out. Reasonable price as well.

We emailed Drain Doctor York yesterday morning with an issue in our kitchen sink and drainage that was causing minor flooding. They responded within 1 hour. Were at the house that afternoon. 2 hours work, no messing about and all fixed. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Engineer was amazing and very professional. Thanks.

Owen was a great operative who with the help of a workmate managed to clear the blockage and left the toilet and shower as good as new. Great service

Excellent

A very quick response. Lee was very polite and made sure he got to the root of the issue leaving me confident that it had been solved.

On time. Success with blockage.

Excellent service, the local contractor contacted me the same day and came the next, Neil and his team are well worth 5-stars and pricing was lower than I expected, would definitely recommend!

Blocked drains caused by nearby shops, they saved me for a 2nd time. Last time was nearly 5 years ago and they were great then as well.

This Company seems to be doing everything well. From speedily supplying a quote to arranging for their engineers to visit on a date of our choice. Service provided by the engineers efficient and excellent. Many thanks
