Drain Doctor - Derby Recenzje

Absolutely excellent, Wayne was great, explained everything & tried everything to help us sort the issue, both he & Paul were so good. Great guys. Thank you so much, Gary

Quick response and reliable and friendly service.

As an honest review it didn’t meet my expectations by a long shot. He diagnosed collapsed pipes by just plunging one entry point and said I’m not going any further. Asked if he could inspect it with a camera so we could actually find if that was the case and was told it’s not water proof. What? the camera was not water proof? The camera that has to go down a water drain. So £108 pounds for more questions than answers, or no real answer at all. I’ll call the professionals to have a look and at least give me an answer or have a go a clearing it.

Jordan the technician arrived early which is always a good thing . He was polite , friendly and gave me a comprehensive overview of what the issue was in his professional opinion . He tired to resolve the issues as best he could but he couldn’t , through no fault of his own ( parking issues ) meant he couldn’t get his van close to my house to operate his power hose . However he gave me advice on what to do next , who to contact etc. clearly Jordan is an asset to his employer/company . I’d definitely recommend his company

Drain Doctor were really good.
They sorted out the slight blockage, put the camera all the way through.
They were very polite and respectful.
I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service. Polite and effective. Would likely use again

Called Monday morning for a blocked drain, was given an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. The team's communication was excellent - the engineer was running behind on jobs and they kept me updated before my time slot had even started. Once he arrived - not much later than the original time - the problem was sorted quickly and with a friendly attitude. Price very fair. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Very pleased with the service provided by Drain Doctor. The engineer was booked for the following day, but phoned to say he could come earlier. Jordan was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem which was then sorted out quickly. He then scanned all the drain system with a camera which confirmed everything was now good. A thoroughly professional and friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Richard and Jordan, very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend.

Quick response within an hour to our drainage problem. Wayne quickly identified the source of the blockage, which he showed us on the camera. After clearing the problem he took photos of our drain, pointing out what to look out for in future. All round, excellent service which we would recommend to others.
