I've ordered 3 shirts. Love the quality. They don't distort when you wash and dry. Just one request, please try to have all poster choices for shirts too. Thank you and love the co. Please add my email to a mailing list to get updates on new products. Shelly

Love my poster. Exactly as described!

My poster came very quickly, was in Perfect condition, my grandaughter loved. I will order again.

When my order arrived it was obvious the packaging had been damaged, and once the package was opened the poster inside was damaged as well.
Customer service reviewed the situation and a replacement was went immediately. The replacement is perfect!!

I was very happy with the products offered and the quality as well. The shipment arrived faster than expected and was exactly what I wanted.

The prints are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend to family and friends.

Beware...This company does not offer refunds. I ordered a few posters this company and the quality of the print and poster was not as expected. The posters certainly do not look worth anywhere near the price paid. I submitted a refund claim and was informed that could only provide a reprint and unfortunately do not provide refunds. Basically like it or lump it. Not happy and will never be ordering from this company again.!!

DPRINTES IS A SCAM! I ordered only one item, and they charged me $31.47 for the item I had ordered, then they charged me again $36.91 for what I don't know. I did not order anything after the first order. I tried contacting customer service at their 833-933-1816, and there is no one there except the machine. I will report this company to BBB for this is obviously a scam, because there is no way to get hold of anyone to refund my money. Watch your money with this company!

They kept me updated regarding the status of my order, including delays. Their customer service answered my questions promptly and professionally. Most importantly, the quality of the product is stellar. I will definitely order again.

I did not receive my order. When I received confirmation that the product had shipped it blatantly said that DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPMENTS COULD BE DELAYED. So, being the patient person that I am, I waited over a month. When I submitted a claim that I did not receive my order, they e-mailed me back saying that the 30-day period for international orders had passed and my money would not be refunded. THEY told ME their shipments could be delayed. A pandemic occurring around the world certainly is out of my hands. This, in my opinion, nullified their 30-day rule. When I e-mailed them back, stating this, I received the response "good news! Your item has been shipped!" 2 MONTHS AGO!! When I e-mailed them back ... again, I was told to submit a claim WHICH I ALREADY DID AND PROVIDED THEM THE CLAIM NUMBER FOR! I haven't received a reply since having told them that I would appreciate if they would read the e-mail prior to responding.

I received my order a lot quicker than I expected, and the print is of high quality. Very satisfied with my order and will definitely order again.

When I first order from Dprintes. My package was delivered to my location. After contacting the customer service. I got my package resend to me. I really appreciate that. Anyway it finally here. I love the poster.

Hiya, I have no problems with this company, I thought my order was late and contacted support who chased it for me and it arrived today, beautiful picture and can't wait to frame it

I have to speak as I find. I was worried after I ordered my print as I read the reviews after. I had written off my £29 as a lesson.
Low and behold 16 days after ordering I have received my print all the way from Louisiana USA to Wales in the UK. I like the print, it is clear and I look forward to giving it as a gift if was ordered for.

Avoid this company at all costs.I ordered a print for a gift and didnt recieve it in time.I still havnt recieved the print so I requested a refund.They are refusing to pay a refund.All you get is emails saying sorry for your frustration.I am now having to raise a retail dispute with my bank to try and get the money back that way.Avoid them once they have your money they don't care about any issues.

Dprints has the worst customer service i have ever experienced once they have your money they have no interest in rectifying any problems they just reply saying sorry for your frustration we hope to improve your experience in the future i would AVOID this company at all costs!!!!

Fun and unique themes. The first order arrived damaged due to the delivery company crushing the box. D Prints customer service rectified the issue within minutes of submitting a claim and sent a new print out immediately. I am very happy with my new cat and book print and have it hanging in my home library. I highly recommend DPrints!

I bought a beautiful shirt for my niece. It is small, and came in a perfect size. The color is a true purple, and the print is beautiful. I love the message about beautiful black women.

The print quality was very good, arrived in a timely manner and customer service was great! Definitely will recommend this company and order again in the future!
