I love my merchandise!! I bought a print and sweatshirt. This first sweatshirt I got had some defects, I emailed Dprintes and they immediately sent me a replacement without any questions and without the hassle of returning the defective document. The replacement was perfect. I will definitely order from them again. Great product and excellent customer service!!!

This company Steals artists work snd infringe on copyright laws.They reproduce inferior copies taken from the artists websites and pass them as if they own them😡

I ordered two posters that cost me well over 60 to $70 then I had to buy to frames to put the posters in however I bought the frames the size of the posters like I should have been able to and had to cut the pool stairs to fit the frame I don't feel like paying all that money I should have had them cut anyting

I love the print, however the words are so close to the edge of the page I want have room to put it in a frame or mat it. Disappointed in that.

They are selling prints/tshirts that have been copied from Artists without paying licensing. If they can't be trusted to do something honestly why buy from them.

My order of a poster came quickly, and I was given a tracking code. The poster itself, is quality and exactly as it was described. I'm impressed with the speed and quality.

Received a damaged product and went through a frustrating experience with their customer service.

I ordered my product a month ago and they lost it in transit. I spent $70 for a poster and then wrote the wrong address. I can't even message them to fix the problem. Everytime they ship it, it says it gets mailed back to the sender.

Prompt safe shipping, but 2 of the 4 posters were of very poor quality. The printing process is to a good standard, but the original artwork files on 2 images were substandard, ok for a greeting card, but not for posters. They have a very limited customer support system which does not acknowledge a complaint except to reprint the items, which is pointless where the images file itself is pixelated and has jpeg artefacts from being inadequately prepared for printing. After a ridiculous number of email exchanges including being promised a refund which was of ZERO because they were to refund the zero value REPRINT that I did not want, they finally refunded me for one of the 2 poor quality posters. I opened a dispute with my credit card provider but I haven't the energy to follow that through what with pandemic and lockdown. Waste of money and time and energy, but such poor customer support was pathetic and disappointing. I can't bring myself to hang the 2 posters that are ok because the whole episode has tainted them. I never want to repeat this experience. Wasted £50 instead of cheering up my office space with humourous cats.

I have placed a order on august 25 they it said it was shipped and I still haven’t received it yet. Can’t get ahold of anyone through the number provided. I’ve sent two emails and the response was it was shipped. So I’ve filed a claim I wonder how that’s gonna go.

Tje poster I ordered came in a timely manner which I appreciated. I have been a "cowgirl" all my life and this particular poster spoke to me that's why I ordered it. I also ordered a sticker from you. I really like the graphics and the wording "Cowgirls are God's wildest angels with hats for halos and horses for wings." Thank you.
