They never responded

Ordered 3 items for more than 10E each and when I received them they had a price tag of 5Eur. Contacted them for a refund and they totally ignored me. Don't order here

Poor Customer Service - Pending Refund

Ordered an item and confirmation email received, only when I emailed them for an update over a week later was I informed the product had sold out.
Nearly two weeks on and no refund received yet and no response to my follow up email.

Refund

Ordered an item online and money was taken from my account. Never received an email verifying my order, however received a text message stating that the item was out of stock and that I would be fully refunded. Money still hasn’t been refunded and when emailed I received no reply.

Great customer service & fast delivery !

i ordered on new year’s eve and wasn’t sure if my order went through so i contacted customer service and got a response within 24 hours. Shipped the day after the bank holiday too. 10/10 recommend as i also got a great deal €15 euro cheaper than buying it off the dermalogica website

a non-serious pharmacy

a non-serious pharmacy. they took the money from my account for 3 sets, I called them many times to get my money back for one set, and the other two sets were sent after a week even though they said they would send them the next day. They don't answer e-mail or phone, very unserious

So far

So far, not so good. I have purchased item and still it says 'order pending' what does that mean? They confirm the item is in stock so what is the problem. I have emailed and have heard nothing. I will update this review if things change. If they had even responded to my email, I wouldn't be doing this review.

Ordered on the 1st of August still not…

Ordered on the 1st of August still not with me, money gone from my account. Have sent 2 emails no reply . 2nd one I'm looking a refund my order is still pending and I've since bought the products elsewhere. I won't order from here again terrible no reply to my emails and no update on orders.

Phoned today got an answer asked for a full refund as it been nearly 3 weeks from my order went in they said it would be put through. No notification from PayPal as yet they have refunded the money. I'll update as necessary with the review.
Got my refund through today and a reason for what had happened also got gifted a 10 euro voucher which was nice.

Unfortunately PayPal had a technical issue on August 1st that meant that orders placed and paid with PayPal Express did not show on our system that day. Unreliable shipping and untrustworthy customer service - go elsewhere

Have ordered 6 times from this pharmacy. I got my order promptly and with no issues only twice. The other 4 times the issues were:-
ITEMS NOT IN STOCK - this was not communicated and a refund was issued (even though one item was the sole reason for the order - the rest were ancillary and had I been aware, I would have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere)
DELAYS - orders were 'processing' for a few days and on enquiry Drogheda sorting office was blamed. This happened 3 x times. Danielle spins a good yarn about packages being lost and resending. It is not 'lost' - it has not been sent. Go elsewhere. Pharmacies in Cork and Athlone have just as good offers on Dermalogica and are more trustworthy to deal with.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered item from website that was advertised as being in stock. Received a call 2 days later to say it wasn't actually in stock and that I would be issued a refund which I still haven't received. Item still on website as being in stock. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
