Great products, in general, but for some reason, the head on the new massager is not as soft or nice to the touch as the original model. Also, I was caught out by import/export duty, which I didn’t expect from a established company. Just removed the sale discount amount I was hoping to benefit from.

I received a great discount which was a no brainer in buying another Doxy.
We're all feeling the pinch. It's a straightforward website, easy to navigate and a much bigger choice than years gone by.
There was a delay in getting the discount through the purchasing process, then the snow prevented staff getting into the office to pick up emails.
Not sure why this couldn't be done from a home base, most companies have the facility to do that in poor weather.
But, after a while I got my discount and was delighted with my purchase.

So far product not delivered. 6 days in
Product dispatched quickly but DHL carrier tracking is not as good as it could be. For $50 charge for shipping I would expect a quicker service from USA to Canada given how frequently transactions occur over this border. Can’t speak for the product as it still hasn’t arrived and I’m partly concerned that DHL is partnered with Canada Post during their nationwide strike at the moment. Wait and see I guess.
Update: Now 14 days into this order and still no resolution. My package is nowhere to be found, like expected, due to postal strike but no offer to resolve this. I’ve asked for them to dispatch a new order with a different shipping company but no response back.
So they have my money and I don’t have any product. In what world is this considered good business practice? At the very least, respond to your customer inquiries but really this should have been handled better by them by now.
I’m docking another star for now and I’m still clinging to some hope that they make everything good.

This was the second time buying a…
This was the second time buying a premium wand Doxy Diecast. It lasts around 2 to 3 months before it starts up. First the top will start to spin and very uncomfortable to use like this second the buttons get stuck so it only goes into 1 mode.. first warranty was denied with same problem from same company. Buy something cheaper so you can have enough to buy another later in. 200 plus dollars and it should last longer than a few months. Let's see how the replacement works and only reason I gave 3 stars. Would have been 1 if they denied me again

Great little bullet!
We bought this to see how it was after our replacement wand was so good!

All for show I guess.
Original wand was very weak. Like I’ve bought $100 body wands that pack more of a punch. Buttons were super stiff too. The minus was like press my finger into a piece of timber.
Die cast. Rather weak again. Small ringing coming from around the motor too. Brand new straight out the box and sounded like it held defects.
Over all. 6/10. Thought this brand was better. Guess it was mostly name and show.

Bad new/Good news
The bad news was, after only about 1 week of use, my Doxy Diecast metal wand stopped working completely.
The good news was that, after I jumped through a couple hoops like emailing Doxy pictures of the wand, then cutting the plug off and sending proof to them that I'd rendered the old wand useless, they promptly gave me a code to order a brand-new replacement :)
The bad news, my new wand took just over 2 weeks to arrive.
But the final good news, the new wand arrived and there was no arguments from Doxy about not honoring their commitment to fixing the error of a faulty wand.
So overall, I am pleased with their service and would recommend Doxy to anyone that wants a quality experience and wand. :D

Build quality is poor, as is customer service responsiveness
The good: The Die Cast is the most powerful wand on the market. It's gloriously rumbly on low but the higher settings do get quite buzzy.
The bad: Despite feeling sturdy the neck is weak and they have a history of breaking there. Mine did when the brat clamped her thighs on it mid-orgasm, sadly once out of warranty, and research shows I'm far from alone. Not suitable for anything other than the lightest pressure. Customer services not responsive, again other reviews confirm this.
So is this the most powerful wand on the market? Yes. If that's not the only thing you care about though, I'd suggest buying something else.
