Fantastic customer service

I was already annoyed when I bought my Doxy that it didn't come with a plug, and would only connect to a type C USB port. But I bought one anyway, plugged in the Doxy and pressed the button to make sure it worked. It turned on, and I pressed the button to turn it off again, so I could get comfy before using it.

Pressed the button again, and......nothing. Completely dead. Left it on charge overnight in case it was that, but nope. Gone. Dead. FUBAR.

Never even got to use it ONCE! What a complete joke given how stupidly expensive these products are. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be buying any more of this trash product line ever again.

This one is a replacement. The first one failed. Staffing issues meant it was a bit slower getting a response but once we did it was a quick turnaround time and quick delivery. It was a very pleasant experience.
Hoping this one doesn't break.

Quick turnaround on a custom item and shipping was quick, especially since it went from UK to USA.

Unfortunately two of my Doxy products have both given up the ghost in the last month and both are just outside their 1 year warranty (brought through a 3rd party website).

I brought them to replace a Doxy Original which fell to pieces, but given it is constructed from plastic I kind of expected this.

The first one to stop working was a Doxy Die Cast 3R. It was working fine one day, I put it away and when I got it out next time is was completely dead. Put it on charge? Nothing. No lights, bricked!

The second one to play up was a Doxy Die Cast (mains powered). It was working fine, then turned it off for a while and when I switched it back on the buttons seemed to quit. No amount of pushing would switch it off again or adjust the intensity.

The old saying is "buy cheap, buy twice" but these were certainly not cheap and I've brought three of them!

When they work they're great, but far cheaper wands can provide similar performance. I won't be buying anymore Doxy's and will be advising friends to avoid them now.

I submitted a warranty claim on 9/24 and I received a replacement in NY, USA 9/27! Other people have had difficulty, but my customer experience was everything I would expect and more on a $200 sex toy.

5 star for the experience when it worked. 2 star for the 43 euro customs on top of the 90 euro price. 1 star because it only worked for a month where the end came off of it, it was only glued on it fell apart. I do not recommend buying the doxy brand. This is the 3rd doxy toy and it every single one of them broke. This will be my last purchase. Waste of money. Buy the toy from China at a fraction of the price and longer durability.

Needed a rush order on a new wand before me and SO went on vacation as our previous one suddenly died (after many years of...strenuous... use) doxy team was able to get us a new wand within a few days and it's been a great vacation so far.

Good vibrations this one replace the old one broke on neck and the head stuff being softer with years

I ordered my doxy from another site. Their customer service was fantastic even if it did take some time which I’m sure they’re busy and working different hours from standard Us times. They helped me sort it out and claim the warranty without any hiccups.

I don't know - lots to like and lots to not like. On the one hand, I do think it's the most powerful vibrator in the world that I have experienced. Great for going through clothing. The vibrations are also cleaner and crisper than say a competitor like LeWand.

I do like the size, the weight and I like how it tapers off at the bottom. You can't get away from how big these things are, but I guess that's par for the course for what it is. They are all about the size unless you get a mini one, but then it tends to be less powerful, from other brands.

But I do find that the buttons are so large that you will inevitably change the function or turn it off multiple times at crucial moments while using it because they are placed right where you need to hold the wand itself to feel comfortable. So you always have to be conscious about how you're holding it. Sometimes the buttons do not work as intended, and the ramp up or down in power is EXTREMELY subtle.

There are also several issues with the motors where you will turn it on and it will rumble for a quarter of a second and then turn off, that happens a lot as well, almost like it needs to be powered up like a lawnmower.

I love the colors, I love the ability to pick the head color, the collar color, and the body color. The silver and the white are particularly attractive. I mean REALLY attractive.

When ordering something from overseas, it's always a little tough because it's not easy to exchange or return if there is a problem, but the company does make good on any issues- even if it takes the quite some time to do so.

I do take issue with the fact that the customer service response time is extremely long, sometimes several days. Sometimes it takes two weeks for an item to ship, and sometimes you just get the wrong item. However once it ships it's literally NEXT day delivery from the UK which is impressive. Thanks UPS.

I also think that in 2024 it's bizarre that you have to use a proprietary plug, as well as a 20 year-old USB cable in order to charge it. Now, it's not nearly as bad and horrible as the charger to their amazing little bullet which is two tiny prongs that barely can touch, magnetize or stay attached to the bottom of the bullet, but still, I would've much preferred a USB C plug that I could charge all of these wands with Especially USB-C to USB-C so they are a no brainer to travel with.

I am also still perplexed that it's 2024 and none of these wands are water resistant, or waterproof given their intended use. This makes absolutely no sense to me, as they will be getting wet in more ways than one, all the time.

For premium product that is custom-made and a hefty $250 price tag, I fully want water resistance if not waterproofing. I want buttons that don't get in the way. I want a wand that turns on and stays at full power until the battery dies, and I don't want anything weird going on like red lights coming on regularly even when it's fully charged.

I still give it four stars because after all, it's strong, it's powerful, and definitely gets the job done well.

I do find the smaller 3 version almost as powerful, and it certainly travels a lot easier than the larger ones.

Also, I would always opt for the cordless versions. It's hard to imagine someone wanting to plug something like this into a wall and have a 9 foot cord coming over the bed and getting in the way of everything. Especially if you're using it with someone else. It just feels messy and convoluted so I'm very glad to to have all of my Doxy's be cordless. I own their Don toy which has the cord and it just looks unsightly with all that black cabling hanging all over the floor.

In any case - should you get a doxy wand? I still say yes definitely.

Sending in photos today. This is our 4th doxy, same model die cast 3r. 1st 2 were from doxy, aluminum canister, 3rd from adam and eve, 4th from doxy again hoping it would last. Great when they work, no doubt. You worked with us on all of them but come on guys for this price it has to be better. You should have correspondence on the previos ones. I will be starting a claim thru your normal process after sending this. I CAN"T GET THE CORD INTO THE PORT. It did plug in, probably charged it 10 times or so but now it won't. As on now i have not forced it. I am sending pic's of inside the port as i have a very small camera that can do that, not that it will help. This is also the problem i had with the 3rd doxy but i took it apart to see if i could fix, NOT, then just threw it away thus you did not hear about that one. Any love it when it works but damn i can't keep buying them. Sorry you have good product when it works but 4 failures is not going to get my money again, probably.

Once I got a response from Doxy they were really good, they focussed on getting my issue resolved and it felt like they really cared, sadly it took about three weeks for them to respond to me despite chasing otherwise it would have been 5 stars
