Entire forum (dough.community) is "where is my [months or years late] order?", "where is my [months or years late] refund?", and -- for those "lucky" enough to actually receive a product at some point -- "why do neither of my $1k monitors work with macos 90% of the time" or "why do my screens constantly flicker black". Maybe they had good intentions once upon a time, maybe, but now this is a flat out scam. Quality is awful, support is non-existent or vague, and your money will never been seen again. I have two 4k spectrum monitors, the two buggiest monitors I've ever owned. They were months late. Stupidly ordered another back when I was still hopeful firmware updates would fix things. A year later (9+ months late) I cancelled it. The two I have are buggier than ever, 5 firmware updates later. Couldn't continue waiting an undeterminable amount of time for a product that doesn't work anyway and clearly will never get the support it needs. It's now been over a month since they told me they refunded my order and I have not received any money. Same as most of the community forums. Support took a week to tell me they'd let me know when they have more information on when my refund will happen, as if it's up to some mystical 3rd party. They don't have the money, it's gone and this company needs to be buried by a class action for fraud.

As many people, I bought from Eve/Dough and they delayed the delivery until i asked for a refund. They never refunded. Neither delivered.

Don't trust them, don't give them any money.
If you used paypal or credit card you can ask for a refund with them if the payment is not older than 6 months.

Everything about this has been infuriating and disappointing. The whole process from order to receiving was an absolute disaster. There was delay after delay and at some point the officials started outright lying about whats happening with the shipment of the products. The monitor was delivered with a half finished firmware but otherwise seemed fine and pretty much what I expected. However after a few months a whole column of pixels started displaying colors incorrectly. I contacted support 3 months ago, I still have not gotten an RMA number and I probably never will. They always give me half-assed excuses and postpone to next week.
Please pay a few bucks more and buy a display from an actual company and not from some fraudsters!

You will never receive the product you ordered, and you will NEVER receive the refund for it either. It's been 5 months since I requested a refund and 12 emails between Eve (now Dough) with the same response:

"My sincere apologies for the delays of your refund.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this stage to speed up the process; all I can say is that we are 100% committed to providing that refund. As soon as I have clarification on this, we will process the payments immediately.

Once again, apologies for the delay of your refund, but we will process it in due time"

THIS IS A SCAM!!

I am now coming to terms with the fact that I've been defrauded. I was promised a refund 5 months ago and am still waiting. Every time I get in touch, I am told that it will be processed 'in good time' or that they need another week or two. I receive stock responses and obfuscations that are designed to benefit Eve / Dough and not its customers. Never have I been treated with such contempt by a company. I regret the day I gave Eve / Dough the benefit of the doubt.

Renamed from EVE to dough and they still do not care about their customers. They will not help me fix my monitor from the problems it has since I got after doing everything you can on your own to try and resolve the problem and as well the forum of people who have been more help from the non existent help from Dough(EVE). They will not as well answer my emails about the same problem I am having. They have shown to my experience that they do not care.

They shouldn't even get one star. This monitor doesn't exist. It's vapourware. Been waiting months. Apparently they don't refund you either. About to start my fight to get a refund.

Eve Devices/ Dough Tech are scammers. They take your money, lie about delivery dates, and you may never receive the product you bought nor receive your money back if you frequest a refund. They also have a track record of of other scamming techniques, including creating fake reviews. For example, every review for Dough Tech has been 1 star except two five star reviews added at almost the same time both from Vietnam. Dough does not even ship their monitor to Vietnam! These are clearly fake reviews. Ignore any positive review of Dough. Everyone who has ever purchased from Dough says "never again". Any positive reviews of Dough will be fake reviews.

Tried to get a monitor from them (formally known as Eve Devices and/or Eve Distribution LLC) but never got it. Asked for a refund that should've taken a few days and at the time of writing I still haven't gotten a refund (Refund request sent April 8, 2022). In my opinion, do not buy from this company!! Go buy a monitor elsewhere from an actual tech company such as Dell, Alienware, Asus, BenQ, Acer, etc. I give it a 0/5 stars. I would not recommend to anyone to buy from Dough.Tech and to do their research on Eve Devices and Dough.Tech before attempting to make a purchase.

The monitor is fantastic. The display is rich, colorful. Also, I like the way they design the product with the selection of ports, Spectrum monitor is marvelous for me, home officer & gamer

It's such a long time of waiting but I love the monitor. Lucky to buy this product at its pre-order phase at a very cheap price. I can even pay for it at x4 price for this good quality

Vor wenigen Monaten hieß das Unternehmen evedevices.com und jetzt hat das Unternehmen Ihren Namen in Dough.tech umbenannt.

Im März und im April habe ich mir den 4k Glossy Monitor vorbestellt. Den ersten liefertermin konnten Sie nicht einhalten und draufhin habe ich beschlossen meine Monitore zu stornieren.

Seit Monaten warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung. Es tut sich aber nichts. Man wird ständig nur hingehalten und man soll geduldig sein. In der E-Mail heißt es immer, dass der Prozess noch im Gange ist. Eine Rückerstattung dauert bestimmt keine Woche.

Same old Eve Tech company, just rebranded as Dough Tech. Ordered Eve V tablet computer with a lot of accessories from this company back in 2017. I gave them 10 months of time to deliver after i decided to request refund of my nearly 2k€ order.

Never ever did i see neither the products nor refund even trying to contact their customer service multiple times. Never did they contact me back even they promised after they "sort some things out".

Poor customer service, empty promises, lying to customers and their own workers, faulty & misleading advertising trying to attract more customers and take their money, avoiding responsibility, blaming every single business partners to causing them to fail. Zero tolerance to public negative feedback on their forums about anything, banning accounts and stopping answering about subjects than require actions of responsibility. Money in, nothing out but empty promises.

Never buy from EVE / DOUGH / [insert next name here].

Preordered and received an EVE Spectrum 4K. The product is phenomenal and well worth the asking price, but Dough/EVE/Fortress is a horrible company that does not care about it’s paying customers.

There’s plenty of stories of people that have never received their products or a refund, the company is either a front for scammers or in severe financial trouble, do not trust them.

I was personally lied to on multiple occasions regarding my order and when I could expect it. They lied about the order of processing the orders and the shipment of items, resulting in it being sent out months later than promised. My order was also magically forgotten in China and customer service wouldn’t do a thing about it other than telling me that it’s too bad they lied about every single aspect of the shipping arrangements that I paid for.

They don’t care about their customers and their business practices are extremely concerning. Stay away and buy similar products from reputable brands instead.

Bought eve2 as an early bird. Due to covid manufacturing was hit hard. There was a huge delay. Then came the war in Ukraine. Issues in China. I do get that these are uncontrollable circumstances. The product was delayed for a long time. But what was really upsetting and annoying is that they hardly provided any updates until they were hassled into a corner on their forum.

I bucked and got my order refunded. Sadly 2months in I'm still waiting. They say it is in process but from talking to other customers that's what they have been told too and have yet to receive....$AUD2K stolen....and I have no idea what to do about it.

Avoid them honestly. And if you look at their 5 star reviews....all from UA...one of the know region where their business operates from ..

Have been waiting over 50 business days for a refund from Eve (dough). Support said wait 20 days for a refund then said due to an error I had to wait another 20 days. For the 1st time, I had to aske my credit card company to do a charge back. Experience took 4 months to resolve.

As per the below, these guys are scammers.

Whilst they may make a decent product, it will be late and if it’s defective, you will never get it repaired or your money back.

Terrible company, zero cash flow .. they use new orders to pay off old customers (and probably bonuses to themselves)

Customer services is a joke and they will delay delay delay repayment , in an attempt to steal your money.

These guys should be avoided at all costs. This is their 3rd rebrand (and fraud)

@spectrum / @evedevices: / @evelogistics / @dough / @fortresstech…. if you read this - your terrible customer service and repulsive business practices has produced some pretty driven former-customers who will go out of their way to stop you defrauding any new customers. Shame on you.

They scammed hundreds of people under their old name 'Eve Tech'. Do not purchase from here!
