No monitor received, no money back. 2 years lost, 1000 Euros lost. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Always lies, inexistant company in Germany.
Never received the product, struggling to get a refund
I made an ordered (and paid) a year and a half ago, but I never received my eve spectrum 4k despite reaching the support many time, each time lying about product availability. The website is constantly lying about stock too, saying it's shortly available in Europe.
I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago, they cancelled my order but I never received the refund...
Support & marketing team are trash, stay away from that brand (now I understand why they changed their name 6 months ago).

Am 22.10.21 habe ich eine Bestellung für 2x Spectrum 4K 144Hz angezahlt und am 07.12.2021 den kompletten Kaufpreis bezahlt. Trotzdem habe ich bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. Der Support hat mich immer wieder vertröstet und angeboten, meine Bestellung zu stornieren, damit ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Aber das war am 16.12.2022 und bis heute habe ich mein Geld immer noch nicht zurückerhalten. Der Support reagiert nicht mehr auf meine Anfragen und ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Service. Ich werde nie wieder bei diesem Unternehmen kaufen und kann es anderen Kunden auch nicht empfehlen.

Faulty product and no support
Product failed and developed a vertical pixilated line within the warranty period. 6 weeks and 5 emails to support without response. Posts to community forum regarding the problem were never "approved". The company is likely a scam. Do not buy a product from this company!

Many people stated they couldn't reach the support team.
I requested a refund for my Spectrum monitor on Friday, 5pm. The refund confirmation, as well as an answer from the team came into my mailbox on Saturday, 5am.
I have never experienced such a rapid response, and they didn't even hesitate to process my refund.
Even though I can't say anything about their actual products, let alone the overall shipping issues, I think this could prove that they are working on their brand's image and reputation.
So, as of my experience, it should be totally legitimate to at least try purchasing one of their monitors.

I have been trying to contact the support for almost an entire week now, no reply. It seems that my monitor has been "refunded" in a way that I receive a "confirmation mail" and a "refunded by: customer" box above the order in the "user" section on their website.
But no money for now, we'll see. (In the initial email it was stated to take up to 20 days for the refund to be processed.)

After not hearing from them ever again, I opened up a case against them to hopefully get my money back, aside with my Bank and my Insurance Company.
Do not fall for this, it just wastes so much of your time. Just buy the LG.

Scam. This company is a rehash of the original EVE Tech. If you are actually contemplating parting money with these guys, I would seriously take the review on this page into consideration - along with the reviews listed for Eve Tech which are nearly identical.
This is some sort of weird Tech Ponzi scheme, where yes you might actually get something, but in all likelihood, you'll be left wanting.
I was an original V Backer, left in limbo for literally years with no product. And when issues arose, they gave me the run-around and refused to honour the warranty, because; "it's a different company now".
Avoid. At all costs.
3 years in, never delivered, dead communication.
Back-ordered a display in May 2020 for a delivery in February 2021. Due to "delays", paid in full in January 2022 for a delivery in April 2022.
We are now in February 2023: April, June, September, December, announced deadlines have went through and Eve/Dough have been unable to fulfill the order and to communicate effectively and transparently about what is going on to justify the delays.
I asked today for a cancellation and full refund of my order. Reports from users on the forum states that they've been waiting for refunds for months. So I am apparently on-boarding a new ride...
To any potential customers: save you the bother, walk away.
EDIT: March 1st 2023: Still no refund from the company despite the order being effectively cancelled.
UPDATE: September 12th 2023: following an article with The Verge published in August 21th, Eve/Dough has put in place a Google form to track every customers they failed to refund (I can't fathom that state of their CRM, the guys must be running out of Post-It notes). I filled it in, they got back to me to my surprise, so I got hopeful.
3 weeks later still no refund. This was just a marketing stunt, silly me.
Avoid this company at all cost
Do not order anything from Dough Tech (formerly Eve Devices).
Pre-ordered a glossy 4K but soon regretted it after checking online comments. Canceled the order but they failed to refund me despite tracing them many times (I did give them 4 months' time), finally ask the card company to dispute the transaction.
Finally got my money back via chargeback after 6 months. However, I really did the right thing because Eve has failed to meet the June 2022 delivery date and is still unable to confirm when the monitor will be available.
For those in the UK who have issues with Dough/Eve and paid by credit card, check with the bank or card provider if possible to make a claim:
a) chargeback - usually within 120 days from the purchase date
or
b) under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act as the company has not delivered the goods and the purchase was made less than six years ago.
Never received any refund after cancellation
I ordered a screen late 2021, and got fully charged for it in December 2021. In May/June, I lost all hopes in receiving anything after countless chasing on the status of the order and requested a refund, which was acknowledged and said to be processing.
It's now been well over a year since my original order, and well over half a year since the refund was "initiated" but I'm yet to receive anything. I keep on chasing for updates only to receive no answers and/or that they still need to work through it. $2k scam.
This "company" is scamming people
I ordered two spectrums 4k on November 2021 and I paid in full. The monitors are still not delivered (I reside in the EU). Their support is full of excuses and if you pressure them for delivery dates they just stop responding. People, don't lose your money to these scammers, buy from reputable companies.
They'll just steal your Dough
This company was previously Eve-Tech and previously Fortress-Tech and Previously Eve Devices, all four of which have hundreds and thousands of unfulfilled customer orders and is holding hostage millions of dollars. Do not trust this company with your money.

Fantastic product (spectrum)
I love the monitors which I preordered. I decided to go for 2 4K displays and I'm not regretting it.
Of course since they are crowd developed it will take time until they are ready incl. quality assurance etc. but with new firmware upgrades new features come in (like picture-in-picture). The software is not the best (PiP from other manufactures in fact work better) but the product itself is pretty solid.
Only downside: after a firmware upgrade the chargers make some annoying sound when display is off but switching off power to the chargers solves this (and saves power).
Also I liked the old name (eve) better together with the logo.
The worst company I've ever met
This is the worst company I've ever met. I ordered a monitor in Spring 2022, when their name was "Eve". In summer 2022, they changed their name to "Dough" because of the bad reputation they already had. After months of shipping delays without any real information about when my monitor would arrive (in June they said it would arrive in July, in July they said it would arrive in August, and so on), I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. They told me it would take up to 2 weeks to send my money back. And guess what? 2022 is over now and I am still waiting for my refund. So they are basically scammers. Don't order any Dough products, you won't receive them.

Trustpilot should make available less that 1 star for this joke of a company. For me all started on nov 2020, I saw Eve was devoloping these new monitor with exceptional caracteristics and where serching for pre-orders so they can mount the production line. I made the pre-order and paid 100 USD. After that they went full mute and i didnt hear from them in over a year, after that i took contact again and they ask me to fullfill the payment so I paid 900 usd. After that they've changed the company name, told me they wehre expecting to produce an deliver the monitor on nov 2022. I've pass the 2 last weeks writing to them with zero response... dont know what to do anymore... this company is a scam, dont ever buy something from them!
Dough scammed my money
Did not receive the product or my money back. After a while, customer support stopped answering and when I tried to ask from forum where is my money they deleted my messages

Same as the rest. Requested af refund for over a year ago. I have written to them 6 times. Each times with the response that I would recieve the refund from my down payment. Still havent gotten the refund. This company is a scam. They recently changed their name from eve to dough and will prov change again så they can keep scamming their customers.
No monitor 10 months later
Ordered and paid balance in Feb-22 but still waiting on monitor to be delivered 10 months later. Wait time of 18-30 days when the order was placed and every month their website is updated to show despatch within the current month. Customer service has been awful with no proactive communication and their sole response is that they are waiting on stock to arrive at their distribution centre.
Stolen my money
I ordered from Dough (back when they were Eve) in January 2022. I was never updated about delays in my order being shipped, I always was the one chasing and following up. Responses were vague promises of shipments "due to arrive to your region very soon." I eventually gave up and requested a full refund 8 months down the line. I was told it may take up to 20 days to process the refund. It's been over 2 months now and counting, I still have not received a refund. Definitely seems like a scam. I will update this review if I receive my refund.
