Rip off site

The first interaction was great. They were very accommodating but then when I asked to be contacted,nobody contacted after three months someone emailed me and dad they can't call me. Is this legal to prescribed a script but refuse to call you? When I inquire about getting a different script because ozempic made me too sick. I was informed I had to pay again . So with every renewal your expected to pay again!!! Rip off!!

Happy to update

We did get off to a rocky start, but communication has improved. I was originally given in incorrect dosage. This made the beginning of my experience difficult. I do think this type of service is useful. Doou did offer a solution and I am happy with the service I have received.
