Domus Surveying Recenzje

I recently used Domus for a Level 2 survey on a flat I’m buying and the service was excellent.

They were very quick to arrange the survey with the estate agent, much cheaper than other companies I looked at, and the quality of service was still top notch. I received the report within two days and the surveyor also called me the same day to talk through the findings and highlight what was most important to pay attention to.

Really efficient, great value, and very helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend Domus.

This company is excellent!

Highlights of the service:
- quotation was cheapest
- survey was booked within a few days
- the surveyor called me himself to explain his findings the day of the survey
- we got the full report within 24 hours of the survey being completed

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a level 2 homebuyers survey, they were worth every penny!

My mortgage broker was very impressed with the quality, speed and price that she asked me for their details so she can recommend to other homebuyers.

Thank you for being so professional and amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough of Domus. From every aspect - cost, service, attitude, contact to follow up, they were first class, and the best price too.

Great service. Really responsive team who were able to book my survey and return the report in just a week. Report was thorough and easy to understand.

From quotation through to delivery this company is nothing short of excellent when it comes to customer service.
They work with you to provide you with exactly the right service you need. Then execute it above and beyond turning around the report so quickly in readiness for my solicitor.
Comprehensive reporting both verbally and written report all very detailed.
Always on the end of the phone to making themselves available should you wish to discuss anything surrounding the survey.

I would recommend this company with out hesitation.

Michael and Mark were fantastic - really informative and helpful

Great service, responsive and well-priced.

Barry knows his stuff!

The team at Domus has been very responsive. The quote was below market price, however, the quality was exactly was I needed - as a first time buyer, it’s always great to work with knowledgeable people. The team was quick and good at detailing the report in a very understandable and non-alarming way. Thank you!

I have used DOMUS SURVEYING twice, recently. I am very happy with the reports. They were clear, well laid out and very informative. Following the survey I had a call from the surveyor who explained some of the report in 'lay' terms. This was like a back up to the survey which cut across some of what was said in the report from a professional perspective to give me tips on next steps.
Thank you so very much! 5 stars!

The team at Domus were absolutely brilliant. They were incredibly responsive, and provided lots of support clarifying my questions before, and after the survey.

They're always happy to jump on a call, and provided really useful advice. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Straight forward and very helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Domus Surveying, I consulted them for a RICS valuation.
They offered me a slot on a saturday which was quite helpful since most of the companies only offer to do surveys on weekdays.
The report was sent to me after only a day.
I had a query a month after the survey, I phoned them and they helped me straight away.
I am very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them.
I am also recommending them to friends and colleagues.

We were very happy with the service we received. Barry carried out the survey and was quick to call us the same day to relay his feelings. The report was with us the next day and filled us with confidence to move on with our purchase. Would highly recommend and use Domus again
Thanks

The experience was great. It was quick and easy to book a survey and I received my report the next day along with a call to go through the main points. Really happy with the service.

Perfect, The Survey was done ASAP. It was very detailed and helpful in assisting us into making a decision on the purchase.

I will definitely recommend and use them again, Value for money. Good service.

Thank you, Michael.

Great fast economically priced service, thorough survey and report, many thanks Michael

Had a Level 2 Survey done —Michael was very helpful and Mark the surveyor was excellent. Domus offered the best price, and I’d definitely use them again.

We used Domus for our Level 2 survey as first time buyers. They really made the process easy to understand, and the quality of the report we received was detailed and thorough. The call to discuss the report with Barry Simms was invaluable and he really took the time to talk us through everything. From initial booking to receiving the final report it took less than 4 working days, which was incredible! 100% recommend and will use again. Many thanks

Just perfect. As a first time buyer, Domus were kind and helpful. Michael kindly let me change my survey date around at least twice, and gave me sound advise before the survey. After the survey, I received a summary phone call and an extensive report. I know what my next steps are and I'm feeling more confident than ever. Thanks so much Domus team!

Would definitely recommend! their report was incredibly detailed and valuable. After extensive research of surveyors in London I had to book Domus Surveying, their reviews were great. Since booking their services I see my decision was right, they were quick, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Their expertise and experience has helped me get clarity on a lot of worries previous surveyors never properly explained or disclosed to me
