We love our new Pergola
We love our new Pergola. My wife and I built it together over a weekend and installed on our back deck. All the parts were in order, no damage to boxes upon arrival, and instructions were clear. Would have been better if we had 3 people had times, but we managed.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your wife enjoyed building the pergola together—what a fantastic weekend project. It’s great to know that the parts arrived in perfect condition and that the instructions were clear enough for you to manage as a duo.
We appreciate the feedback about the third pair of hands—we’ll certainly keep that in mind for future assembly guides. Your success and satisfaction mean the world to us.
Wishing you many wonderful moments under your new pergola!

Good looking sturdy furniture at a good value. Only problem was that the label on the table is upside down.🤣🤣

Hi there! Thanks so much for your kind words about the quality and value—we really appreciate that!
And oh no—upside-down label? 😂 That’s our limited-edition “australian edition” (just kidding!). We’ll definitely pass this along to our production team to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Glad you’re loving the table otherwise!

All boxes arrived in the same shipment
All boxes arrived in the same shipment. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was completely broke 360° around and was flopped over. I took photos. Also, several boxes had puncture holes in them.
Also do to the Ohio weather and health issues. I have been unable to open the boxes to fully inspect and setup the patio gazebo.

You may share the photos you’ve taken with our customer service team at service@domioutdoorliving.com, so we can document the issue and escalate it to our shipping partner immediately.
Regarding the delayed inspection, we completely understand the challenges posed by Ohio weather and health concerns. We bought a 14 × 24 gazebo
We bought a 14 × 24 gazebo. It was late on the delivery date given, due to trucking issues. That interfered some with the help we had lined up. You WILL want help to assemble. Because we have a shed next to where the gazebo goes, we were able to spread the seven big boxes of pieces and parts all around. There are hundreds of screws, bolts and plastic assecessories. Everything is labeled very well! The picture diagram lays out the step by step assembly as best as it can... but still needs someone good at reading diagrams to execute the directions.
It's a timely process. Pay particular attention to the letters or numbers that are associated with each part..you won't want to mix any up.
The gazebo is beautiful when it's all up. We are choosing not to put the mosquito netting on, but will add the curtains soon. Overall, we were very happy with this product.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re so glad to hear that, despite the delivery delay and assembly challenges, you’re happy with the final result. You’re absolutely right—assembly does take time and patience, and we really appreciate your advice about sorting parts carefully (those labeled pieces are a lifesaver!).
It’s great that you had space to organize everything, and we’re thrilled the gazebo’s beauty lived up to your expectations. We hope you enjoy many wonderful moments in it, with or without the netting! If you ever have questions or need support, we’re here to help. Thanks for choosing us!

Met need of protecting bird seed from squirrels. Already went through two resin boxes, the last one in less than a year. Plastic covering made putting it together a little tricky, but outcome well worth the effort.

Thank you for sharing your experience—and we truly appreciate your patience. We hear your concern about durability, especially when it comes to protecting bird seed from persistent squirrels. While our resin boxes are designed with strength in mind, we acknowledge that extreme outdoor conditions and wildlife pressure can test any product.
We're glad to hear that despite the assembly challenge (the plastic covering does require some care!), the final result was worth it for you. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're already exploring material enhancements to improve longevity. In the meantime, we'd be happy to offer guidance on placement or supplemental measures to extend the life of your current box—just reach out to our support team.
Thank you for choosing us to support your backyard birding journey. We're committed to continuous improvement, and customers like you help us get there.

Great Service
I wasn’t sure if I would get a response on replacement parts after a few years but they went out of their way to find my order because I had no idea and I appreciate that kind of loyalty to customers.

I will say the installation was a lot but manageable
I will say the installation was a lot, but the instructions were pretty well put together. The only complaint I would have is I wish the screw sizes were made more obvious. I had one issue with a piece that arrived damaged in shipping and customer service quickly responded and fixed the issue. My wife absolutely loves how it came out.

The gazebo turned out awesome
The gazebo turned out awesome! I will say that pulling the plastic coating off the roof pieces took just as long as putting up the roof. If they made the coating just a bit thicker, it would have pulled off much easier. Overall, it took my husband and I, 2-1/2 days to put it together. We took our time and it went together quite easily. We had to decipher the instructions, but they had some pictures which helped. We would buy it again.
