No recourse. No refund.

Wow, I come to check and same here-no possibility of refund or extension even if I was never able to use the subscription cause I always work. I am a creative and would have loved to check some courses when ready, not this way.

No puede ser que tantas personas caigan en la misma situación y nadie nos dé una respuesta favorable.
Me han quitado 265$ por una suscripción anual que nunca aprobé. Y solo había comprado dos cursos en oferta que no llegaban a 10 $, Y cada día, son más y más los casos en donde caen personas incautas y les sacan de sus cuentas, la cantidad de dinero que ellos quieren, y no tienes derecho a reclamo!!

I'm in the same boat as everyone here. Bought two courses for 2,22 dollar. Pressed pay on Paypal. One month later, i get a mail from paypal that I allowed 350,54 purchase that i never allowed.

Seems like with the 2,22 dollar payment, you also sign up for a Plus subscription and if you do not cancel this within 30 days, they automatically extend for a year and they can charge this with no extra consent from your paypal. After that you can not cancel or ask for a refund. Domestika does not allow this and they are not reachable.

Obviosuly these are misleading and scamming practices. And paypal is going with it, it seems. I have made declaration at dutch law and fraud organisations, and i have wrote a long letter to Paypal. My case is now under investigation. My last option is to contact my bank and explain them the same, but let's see what paypal comes back with.

In short: DO NOT ENGAGE WITH DOMESTIKA!

Absolut miese und hinterhältige Masche! Intransparente Gestaltung! Mir wurden von Domestica Inc. fast 260 Dollar abgebucht - für nichts! Dieses Unternehmen betrügt Menschen... in meinem Fall sogar einen sehr kranken und bedürftigen Menschen für den es durch diese Abbuchung extrem schwer wird. Wie kann man nur so verbrecherisch handeln? Vorsicht vor diesem Unternehmen!
Update zur Antwort: Auch bei mir wird die Standardantwort kopiert. Und nein, es ist nicht transparent und es gab und gibt keine E-Mail bevor der Probezeitraum abläuft. Des Weiteren habe ich innerhalb des Probezeitraums gekündigt und ich habe das Konto bzw. den Kurs nicht genutzt. Es ist ein absolut mieses Geschäftsgebaren, was auch die vielen schlechten Bewertungen hier, die Bewertungen bei Facebook und in Foren unterstreicht. Es gibt sogar eine Petition gegen dieses Unternehmen...

Got scammed by their 0.99 course bait with hidden t&c. No option to refund and their customer service are all bogus. You will not get real help because they work like syndicates - faking success and reviews with their website courses. Even the replies are automated and fake. Beware and spread this info to everyone. Domestika must be shut down!!!

I hope someone or some government agency shut this fraud company down. I was charged over 400SGD for a membership that I wasn't aware of when I purchase a cheap course for like a dollar plus. There is no value or what so ever in its domestika plus account. I hope this website burn to ground.

Compré en la web Domestika y pagué con Paypal un curso económico por 0.99€ y al mes me llegó un cargo recurrente anual de más de 200 euros. Al parecer me había suscrito a "Domestika Plus" (sin ser consciente) y no me admiten devolución a pesar de informarles que nunca quise la suscripción ni haber hecho uso de ella. Tampoco pude cancelar en el periodo de 14 días de prueba ¡porque no sabía que me había suscrito!

Scammed me for an annual subscription that I did not consent to and charged me $330

I'm one of a growing number of fraud victims. I've used Domestika for a couple of years but recently when I purchased a couple of courses I was signed up for a 30 day free trial without my consent and was charged $199.99 when the trial ended. Apparently hiding this in the fine print and tacking it onto your purchase receipt is the same as informed consent. Customer service is nonexistent, just get AI generated responses

J'ai souscrit à une offre d'essai que j'ai annulé dans les jours qui ont suivi. J'ai quand même été prélevé d'un montant de 200 euros 30 jours plus tard, sans aucun message d'information. j'ai tout de suite demandé de l'aide pour un remboursement mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. C'est du vol. A fuir.

Domestika me Estafó, MERCADO PAGO validó el pago, no me ayudan, no me dieron respuesta y hablé todo el tiempo con un bot que no me soluciona nada. Gente, las estafas están en todos lados, manejen efectivo o cuenta bancaria. NO USEN MERCADO PAGO PORQUE NO RECONOCEN ESTAFAS Y NO SE HACEN CARGO DE LO FÁCIL QUE ES QUE TE SAQUEN PLATA DE ESA BILLETERA VIRTUAL.

Never.ever saw the fine print ( there is none ) for a full profession subscription. Paypal is uncooperative......I can not get a fend back. There is no way to contact them by phone.....never found one in : contact " page..and the emails I sent came back with a thank you .we will respond in 48 hours.....yea.right !!!

I got scammed.
I purchased a course for 0,99 Euros, after a couple of weeks they took 165 Euros from me forma yearly suscription I did not want or order.

Sent countless mails, no reaction.
This is SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
