The cameras are very clear with excellent pictures I would recommend them to anyone

solid built cameras. You would pay more for dummy camera.

Your service is very good, although I ordered two cameras thinking I was getting two of the same but you sent me two different ones.

Have built up a bespoke cctv system with NVR over a period of time. Items that have been purchased have been of good quality and price. Have had to use the online support several times and found them very efficient in knowledge and in speed of response.

The NVR and camera kit was delivered very promptly. The 5Mp cameras are amazing day or night. The requests for support were answered extremely promptly. The instruction book is adequate for someone with reasonable IT experience but would benefit from being more explicit, it makes assumptions about the users understanding. Once set up the system and BitVision app is very impressive. I plan to buy a second system.

Chris was absolutey fantastic he has the patience of job at our age its hard for us but he got our cameras up and running and got them on our phones thaks for everything .. and the cameras are A1. I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING best rgds john noone

I purchased a 4 camera system at the best price I could find on the market nearly 2 years ago, unfortunately 2 of the cameras recently developed issues with the night light which makes the cameras useless for night use.
I was able to communicate easily with Chris from Domar via the online facility, his replies were instant to the point I had to ask if I was talking with an AI.
After a little toing and froing and after inspecting one of the cameras I sent back I was supplied with 2 new cameras as a courtesy as the cameras had exceeded their 1 year warranty. They also provided a new power cable.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because these cameras should last 10+ years, my old system was 15 years old and I only changed for HD resolution.

Queríamos en nuestra empresa ampliar las cámaras y el sistema de grabación pero contaremos con otra marca que se moleste. Dime de que presumes y te diré de que careces. 4K - Beast PTZ cctv camera - Hi I installed the camera and thought the quality was good in terms of the lens , PTZ and presets. The online control software is comprehensive but clunky in terms of connectivity. After a couple of weeks the camera started to have problems regards the IR filter locking on or off using auto setting. Even in day / night mode this happened. I would have to move the tilt to unlock the filter. Occasionally the camera would lose position and then all the presets were gone. One other noticeable issue was a loud ratcheting sound when the autofocus was operating which ruined some of the audio recording. In terms of recording motion detection and alarm it was very good and the IR lighting was good on auto - no overexposure or underexposing of the subject. Due to the glitches I have returned the camera and Domar have now resolved the situation, with an alternative camera and a refund - so I’m happy with that service. The tech support is very good however the email correspondence system occasionally misses replies so I have repeated a few emails to ensure they arrive. Four stars due to the timescale but still a good company in my experience.
