Manage to set up cameras but unfortunately one of them didn’t connect to the main nvr box so we got in contact with Dorma and Christopher managed to sort within 5 minutes great customer service

I’m really impressed with the whole process of getting my cctv system. I had a couple of pre sale questions that were answered very clearly and left me in no question I was making the correct decision

I bought a 2 camera system with a separate recorder. They were delivered very quickly and were well packed. The installation instructions were straight forward and the system worked well but one of the cameras started to have problems and after some technical to and fro it was replaced and everything has worked as expected since.

I'm very pleased with the CCYV cameras and recorder I bought after helpful advice from the technical person when I called. Thank you

I first started looking at installing a CCTV System back in Feb 2024. I have a basic electrical grounding, but hadn’t dealt with P.O.E. systems before and I felt that a wired system rather than wireless, was better suited for my situation. At this point I had been looking at the domar website and found they had a wide range of products at competitive prices for my needs. I phoned and spoke to Chris who I found very helpful and talked through various concerns I had, and he put my mind to rest re these issues. Unfortunately, due to a medical issue I had to put CCTV on the back burner for most of 2024. Having worked out what type and number of cameras required, I finally put in an order on the 10th Jan 2025, which was safely delivered by 15th Jan. I took time installing cabling and cameras and had to make 2 or 3 phone calls to Chris to help with initialing the system. The results were Astounding! The definition and quality performance of both day and night vision of the 4K 8mp Sony Strarvis Camera is truly amazing! The help and support all the way through this I cannot praise enough. In this day and age, to find someone at the end of a phone to talk and help you through any issues I find rare to say the least. So to Christopher and his Team, thank you so much you are true stars!!!!!

I posted my review of Domar Solutions a couple of days ago and was subsequently contacted by Chris from Domar. In all honesty I should have contacted Domar before writing my review. My mistake.
The problems I was experiencing were probably due to lack of knowledge. One of my criticisms was that the cameras did not have tracking. The cameras do in fact, have tracking it is just a case of settings.
Since talking with Christopher and gaining first hand knoweldge I would not now hessitate to use Domar Solutions in future.
If you purchase from Domar Solutions and have a problem contact them first before throwing the towel in.

Product is very well made, extremely robust, stated range is a bit optimistic but still very good lights.
I was contacted by customer services with regards to a problem-every effort was made to correct it.
