Been waiting over 4 months for a withdrawal now and all live chat say is:

The whole aim in gambling is to try win money. what's the point in gambling on a casino in which you will never receive your winning!!

This casino is a scam. Firstly, they do not pay out and the payout that they refuse to honour is not dependent on any bonus wagering demands. Secondly they claim to have a license that is held by their owners - WWNRBET LTD. The license number is 854151 and this is completely worthless; it is not covered by any gambling regulator and is not worth the paper it is written on. Thirdly, they claim to have a license that was issued in Chrysoupoli in Cyprus. There is no village, town or city of this name in Cyrpus and not even one that is spelt remotely similar. Fourthly, having done the forensics on their T&Cs, there is no mention of having to wait TWENTY-ONE WORKING DAYS to be paid out. This is a most unusual practice and no wonder they did not put this down in writing, for fear of people not playing. Fifthly, they claim that they have the right to alter their T&Cs without explanation and in perpertuity, so much so, that they can change the rules whenever they like and the customer cannot do anything about it. Whether this is compliant with trading standards in whatever country you are in, is debatable. Sixthly, I have asked several times when are thy going to pay my money, they have now blocked me from the online chat and I have sent them nine emails, of which they answered one (the first one). This is definitely a scam and they are just taking your money. Luckily I only lost £45 fo deposited funds, but have had a deposit of £87-68 (a paltry amount, but a win is a win) online since January 6th 2025. It has constantly been listed as 'Status waiting, with the reason being USER REQUEST'.
They are a scam and must be blacklisted, but this is easier said than done and if they were not a scam and I have asked them direct and warned them that I will hunt them down and expose them, then why have they not served legal papers on me for libel?

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS, BECAUSE ALL THEY WILL DO IS ACCEPT YOUR DEPOSITS, BUT REFUSE TO PAY OUT ON ANY WINNINGS and just for good measure, they have several, in fact many and too many to list here, sister sites. So, the advice is this: if you are in the UK, unless the site is covered by the UK Gamblnig Commission THEN DO NOT PLAY IT. The same rules apply for wherever you are in the world and the respective gambling commission for your country. The reason I put this, is that they have so many sites, under different names, you can never be too sure. ONCE BITTEN TWICE SHY IS THE MOTTO - and this lot will just steal your money. Finally, they claim to be based in Costa Rica - SURPRISE, SURPRISE, this address does not exist and the address that they use in Scotland, 82 Prince Consort Road, Kennet FK10 3YN does not exist and that particualr postcode was removed by the Royal Mail in 2005. All the proof you need is here and the above reviews here, which are no doubt offered by either employees or other affiliates of these scammers are completely false and designed to mislead you.
FURTHERMORE, THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMENTED WITH COMPLIMENTS FOR THIS SITE, NONE OF THEM APPEAR TO HAVE EITHER POSTED, OR HAVE FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK; HENCE THE 'AFFILIATES' OR 'EMPLOYEES' COMMENT. CURIOUS FEEDBACK, GENERATED BY A SCAM COMPANY!

So I email the company again with all user details and everything, they know who I am, and they still refuse to respond. This lot need to be taken down!

Please note, this is following their request below. They are trying to save face, let's see ... are they scammers, fraudsters, thieves, or just useless at their job. If they pay, I will post on here and stand corrected, but I am not holding my breath!
