Absolute shambles. I won £300 and withdrew on the 30th of May, it's now the 22nd of June and still no money. They told me 7-21 working days, which i have waited. I have emailed twice, no response. Give me on option to withdrawl via Mastercard even though I can deposit many other ways, whatever no big deal. The withdrawl via Mastercard is very confusing and vague, there’s some areas I need to fill out but it does not specify what info they need. Live chat has no idea what information is needed.
