My nurse, Elif, was equally exceptional. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and brought such a calming, reassuring presence. She even came to our hotel daily to check on me, which speaks volumes about the level of care provided. I absolutely adore her.

As a healthcare provider, I have very high standards when it comes to medical facilities—and the hospital exceeded them all. It was top-tier in every way: efficient, spotless, and staffed with compassionate, professional nurses. I stayed for two nights and was treated with the utmost care. My husband was able to stay with me comfortably, and we were both genuinely impressed with the quality of service.

The hotel experience was equally outstanding. It felt like a luxury wellness retreat with integrated medical care. From the café to the stunning rooftop terrace, spa, library, and media room—every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and recovery. One of the most unique and comforting aspects is that many guests are also undergoing procedures, so there’s no self-consciousness about being in recovery. The presence of a 24-hour infirmary and nurse-call systems in each room added an extra layer of reassurance.

I also have to mention our hotel housekeeper, who was absolutely lovely. Even she made me feel special in the most heartfelt way. She spoke no English, but every day she would call me “princesa” and made sure my husband understood that he was in the presence of a princess as well! It became such a sweet and memorable part of the experience. If I had to summarize this entire journey in one word, it would be “princesa.” I truly received royal treatment and felt incredibly cared for.

Now, just 7 days post-op, I am already seeing beautiful results. I have minimal bruising, no pain, and I’m genuinely amazed at how smooth the recovery has been so far.

This experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. Choosing to do this for myself was one of the best decisions I’ve made—and finding Dr. Cem, Özlem, and Elif made it truly exceptional. I researched quite a few doctors before I choose Dr Cem. He is exactly like you see in his videos on YouTube. Kind, caring and talented! I was a little nervous going so far from home especially for a large procedure but I had nothing to worry about, his excellent team takes care of everything for you. Dr Cem, Ozlem and Volcan will always have a place in my heart for being such a truly caring team. I am so happy with the results. Clean, modern facilities and wonderful hotel with so many amenities I loved it. Turkey is very cosmopolitan and I’m so happy for the experience.

I researched several doctors prior to deciding on Dr. Cem, and am so happy with my decision. From my initial contact with Dr. Cem's assistant, Simge, the whole process was super smooth. Simge coordinated everything (transportation, hotel, all follow-up appointments). Traveling to another country for surgery is stressful in itself but Simge made it a lot less stressful. Her calming and sweet manner was much appreciated. Simge was always there to help. There were times I reached out to her in the middle of the night, she was always available. I can't stress enough, just what a huge help she was.
I was impressed with Dr. Cem's work prior to meeting him but after meeting him, I had even more confidence in him. After asking exactly what I was looking to achieve, Dr. Cem explained my options and surgery was scheduled for the next day.
As a healthcare worker myself, I was extremely impressed with the hospital and overall care I received in the hospital. The hospital was new, modern and immaculate. Nurses were attentive, helpful and compassionate.
We stayed at Antwell Hotel while recovering. The hotel specifically caters to people "post procedures", so no stress walking around bruised and bandaged. It was so comforting not having to hide or feel self conscious.
I am just over 2 weeks post op and continue to heal but can already see that I will be very happy with my results. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cem and his team to anyone looking to have cosmetic work done.

I travelled from Ireland to Istanbul in November 2025 to undergo a breast reduction and lift, performed by Dr. Cem Berkay Sınacı, with the support of his coordinator Ozlem and I can honestly say the entire experience was impeccable from start to finish.

From the very first conversations, everything felt calm, reassuring, friendly and genuinely caring. The process was not only seamless and professional, but enjoyable, it truly felt more like a premium holiday than surgery. Every detail was handled effortlessly, from logistics and hospital coordination to blood work and aftercare, allowing me to relax and fully trust the process. I had done extensive research beforehand. While Dr. Cem may be somewhat under-reviewed compared to others, I trusted my instincts; the quality of communication, the depth of knowledge, and the way my concerns were handled (informed and with haste) told me everything I needed to know. That decision paid off tenfold. My experience was second to none.

The skill and technique are what truly set Dr. Cem apart. Faultless. Artistic. Precise. My results are better than I could ever have imagined. I am extremely particular (borderline perfectionist!) about treatments and who I trust with my body, and I would return to Istanbul without hesitation for any future procedures. The Ireland-to-Turkey journey is absolutely worth it.

I'm 56 years old. I had been thinking about a facelift for a while because my face looked sagging and tired. I chose Dr. Cem after months of online research among dozens of doctors. My first contact was with Ozlem, his young assistant: sweet, kind, efficient, and attentive.
After the first online consultation with the doctor, I knew he was the person I was looking for: professional, attentive, and truly concerned about his patients’ well-being.
I am now 13 days post-op. Everything went well: I had a deep-plane neck and facelift, fat grafting, and laser treatment. I had also considered a lip lift, but the doctor and I decided against it because, given the shape of my mouth, the outcome wasn’t certain.
Ozlem was by my side the whole time, and the doctor examined me every day. I am still very swollen, and the surgery is not a walk in the park, but I don’t think I could have made a better choice. The doctor is a wonderful person and an excellent surgeon: the scars are truly minimal.
In a few months, when the results are final and the swelling has gone down, I will post photos and update the review.
But I can already say that I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cem and his staff. The doctor does not give false hope; he clearly explains the healing process, is honest, he continues to follow you with patience even after the surgery and has the hands of a great surgeon. I would trust him again without hesitation, and if I ever decide to undergo further procedures, I will definitely return to him.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Özlem, Dr. CBS’s assistant, was absolutely phenomenal she held my hand through every step of the way, and I never once felt abandoned. Her care, communication, and compassion made all the difference.

I’ll start by saying that I’ve never had any work done on my face so this was a scary move for me to make but my double chin is inherited and therefore has bothered me for 20 years. I did a year of research and kept procrastinating because I was scared of landing on a butcher of a doctor. I went to real self and all I saw was 5 stars for Doctor Cem Berkay. I read his reviews and was immediately put at ease.

Clinic location – It’s very close to public transportation. The clinic is immaculate and spacious. Very nicely decorated, I felt right at home. Its very cozy and inviting unlike many clinics which have a hospital vibe.

Arrival – I was greeted by the lovely Simge. The lady I had corresponded with for weeks. The one responsible for my final decision to book this clinic. Simge is just a very lovely human being inside out. She’s extremely attentive and very professional. She was responding to my queries whatever time, day or night. Gave clear instructions & offered assistance whenever I needed it. When I met her, I wasn’t surprised because she was even more lovely in person than on text. I felt like I was talking to my small sister 😊. If I could I would put her in my suitcase and bring her home to Dubai 😃

I also met her colleague, Ozlem who did a fantastic job with checking up on me with her big smile. Ever so friendly and sweet. What a lovely team Dr Cem has. Exceptional ladies with an exceptional boss.

Dr Cem – I bumped into him in at a café before my appointment and quickly recognized him. He’s super kind, friendly, gentle. At the clinic he gave me the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted and I knew I was in very safe hands. He also educated me on the process. Dr Cem’s rates are also very reasonable, he’s also not interested in selling you the most expensive and unnecessary procedures like many doctors do. He lets you know your expectations and is very honest. I had a double chin and laser Endolift and in two days I was back to my normal self with very little pain. Just normal bruising and swelling but that’s expected. He did a fantastic job, because even with my swelling, I still saw the difference and cant wait for the final result

For a doctor to be that involved as the body and soul of the clinic shows his passion for making a difference in people’s lives. He has raised the clinics standards to greater levels as he sets the bar high for himself and others and I’m sure everyone who meets him will comprehend why and appreciate his efforts.

I started out knowing that the image I was seeing in the mirror did not match how I was feeling. I am a 71 year old male in exceptionally good health with energy to spare who was tired of looking so tired. Also, I was starting to avoid mirrors. Unexpectedly a friend mentioned that he had travelled to Istanbul for cosmetic surgery. Apparently I was ready for a change because my friend's mention is all it took to start me on my quest. After a lot of on-line research and a lot of on-line conversations with several cosmetic surgery clinics in Istanbul I gained confidence in Dr Cem's clinic. The 2 things that I best recall are 1) His emphasis on looking balanced and natural after surgery. All of his before and after photos and testimonials attest to Dr Cem's skill as a surgeon. Sorry to say but some of the other clinics actually posted photos that were difficult to tell which was the "before" photo and which was the "after". And 2) Dr Cem will rarely but occasionally decline a patient request because he knows the request is either premature or will lead to an imbalance that will look unnatural. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the waiting room in Dr Cem's clinic was always full of both local and international patients. Dr Cem is very much in demand both inside and outside of Turkey because he is an amazing surgeon and has a great multilingual team to support his patients.

He is incredible. I had a rhinoplasty at 22nd of July ''25 via another clinic with him as my surgeon. I would definitely recommend him! He gave me good advice, I had some unrealistic views on noses (thanks to living in south korea for years) but he could give me professional advice AND give me what I ask for at the same time. He really tries hard for his patients, and don't be fooled by that there is less reviews than other surgeons, he is million times better than them in my eyes. I just don't know how to put it in words how thankful and happy I am that I chose him as my doctor 😊I hope my positive feedback will help others, and this talented doctor!

Dr Cem is an artist. I traveled from Spain for a lower face lift and lip lift. I have since had doctors here in Spain remark on how well these procedures were done - compliments from other doctors are a good thing!
