I am extremely disappointed with GameKing and their mismanagement of Digimon Masters Online (DMO). I created my account on dmo.gameking.com last year and played the game regularly. Throughout the year, I made several purchases of Crowns to acquire in-game items, spending over 150 BRL (Brazilian Real).

However, in November, my account was deleted without any warning, explanation, or justification. I have never used any hacks, violated any terms of service, or engaged in any suspicious activity. My account was simply erased, along with all the money I invested in the game.

Since then, I have tried countless times to contact customer support via email, but I have received absolutely no response. The company has shown a complete disregard for its paying customers, refusing to acknowledge or address the issue.

This is unacceptable. Deleting a player’s account without cause or notice. At the very least, I deserve a response, an explanation, and a resolution—whether that means restoring my account or refunding my purchases.

I strongly advise anyone considering spending money on this game to think twice. GameKing’s lack of transparency and refusal to support its players is appalling. Avoid this company unless you want to risk losing your money and progress for no reason.

This publisher recently blocked multiple countries in North America despite calling their service NADMO with no notice to it's player base. Suddenly, an IP-block went up and Steam region restriction was implemented overnight.

According to their customer service:

NADMO is servicing only in U.S. IP.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you're not in the US, avoid them. There's nothing stopping them from taking away your access to your account.

DMO is available on Steam but don't play from there! The Cash Shop for Steam players is missing items compared to the Cash Shop for GameKing players! All purchases made on the Cash Shop for Steam become account bound and unstackable. You are also unable to request support for the product because all the contact methods are dead ends or require a GameKing account. The phone number is in South Korea and nobody ever picks up. The email address is refuses to accept any messages.

And another heads up: this is essentially gacha game with pity around $1 000 USD. The Korean version of the game recently changed the pity to $2 000 USD.

Save your money, save your time, and find another Digimon game to support. This one is not worth it.
