Excellent program for women
Donna's program helped me to see my eating habits could be improved and gave suggestions. Her workout videos are brilliant, I really enjoyed the variety from Pilates to strength with weights. She adapts to all levels and really listens to your worries and needs. I fully recommend working with Donna, she just gets it.

Effective and welcoming fitness classes.
I attend Pilates classes with Donna twice a week, follow her on fb and subscribe to her online studio. She is a very experienced fitness professional and posts updates and new classes regularly so there is plenty of variety. Donna is always up to speed with the latest exercise and nutrition advice so you know her advice is based on best practice and solid science. Classes allow for different levels of challenge with straight forward real world solutions to incorporate into a busy schedule. Absolutely NO boot camp intimidation, fad foods or pressure just genuine support to reach your goals.

I attend Donna’s Pilates class and also…
I attend Donna’s Pilates class and also online classes at home for strength training. Donna explains everything clearly so classes are easy to follow, no two classes are the same, so no chance of getting bored. Donna will also adapt exercises to suit individual needs and most classes include a mix of ages and abilities. She’s created a great community and made getting a strong mind & body fun.

online over 40s…
I joined Donna‘s online over 40s fitness it’s brilliant I would recommend it to anyone. She she gives informative information on per menopause and menopause. You also get a shopping list and menus
The exercises are clear yet challenging. It gave me the kickstart to eat better and start exercising again and as a bonus I lost 6lb

I've been attending Donna’s PT sessions and Pilates classes, either in person, or virtually, since I had my baby girl nearly 10 years ago, and I honestly wouldn’t be without her. Her approach is thoughtful, empowering, and intuitive — she always knows how to tailor sessions to the individual, both physically and emotionally. Donna has seen me through the start of my post baby exercise journey, an injured foot, neck, shoulder and a few others I’m sure I’ve missed. Donna has always listened when I have gone off track, and importantly, never judged. She’s motivated me when all I wanted to say was ‘I can’t’, and made suggestions to help me through early menopause, she has been with me through my multiple body shapes and given me a reality check when I needed it.
Over the years, her support has helped me build strength, improve posture, and find moments of calm in the chaos of being a parent.
Recently, I attended a Pilates & sound bath event she held, and it was a great experience that I will look forward to attending again.
I would recommend Donna to everyone!
Highly recommended PT Instructor
Donna is a first class fitness instructor and nutritional expert. I went to her as I have Fibromyalgia and was advised that Strength training was good to help my symptoms. Donna researched fibromyalgia so that she was able to provide the correct fitness program for me without causing me a week of fatigue. If I am having pain due to a flare in my symptoms, she adjusts my program accordingly. Donna has also given me nutritional advice. Donna is always positive and has encouraged me to have a positive attitude to not only my physical wellbeing but all areas of my life. I would highly recommend her.
I joined Donna’s 40+ reset programme…
I joined Donna’s 40+ reset programme just 4 weeks ago. I was desperate and feeling very down my usual fitness routines were no longer working and lbs piling on. Well it’s reversed. In 4 weeks down half a stone! Donna is helping me understand what nutrition my body needs now and the online 20-30 minute sessions 5x a week mean I can do them at 5:45am in my living room. They are now my first “job” of the day. Donna and my group make me feel accountable and I confirm what sessions I’ve done and we celebrate wins and encourage each other every day. Such a supportive community and looking forward to continuing. Thanks to Donna I’m finally feeling back in control.
Fantastic online fitness class
Started with Donna’s online class 4 weeks ago and I can already feel a difference in both my strength and range of movement! Donna’s clear instructions, her encouragement and the mix of exercises make these classes really motivating. The ease of doing the sessions whenever and wherever in the comfort of your own home is so convenient. I would highly recommend!
Fantastic
Fantastic! I’ve really enjoyed the last 4 weeks doing the online classes. As a full time working busy mam who sits at a desk all day it’s nice to have the option to do these classes at home when suits me. Also the informative food recommendations has really made me think about what I should be eating. At 48 years old… I have lost weight but more importantly I have more energy and feel so much better in myself. Thanks Donna!
