Everyone was friendly

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The bodywork repair job was well done. However, they managed to put a fresh scratch on the wing. They fixed this without any aggravation, so the final job is good, it just took a bit longer than it should have.

Staff amazing

Staff amazing, made the collection of my car/delivery of courtesy and subsequent swap at the end of the repair brilliant, such easy going and friendly people!

Excellent Service

Very courteous and polite. Was happy to work to my work schedules and did pick-ups/drop offs for time that suited me. Kept me informed at every step of the way. Excellent service and excellent finish on works carried out.

DLG were extremely professional in…

DLG were extremely professional in their dealings with me, were helpful on the phone and kept me updated as to the progress on my repairs. Only issue was they could not identify an issue and had to refer it to a VW garage but to be fair the VW garage took nearly two months to identify the problem.
