This website is TRASH!!

This website is TRASH!!! I've had nothing but issues with them since ordering. They keep blaming their shipping issues on UPS. 2 weeks with a bunch of BS and then when tracking info FINALLY shows up, my order gets CANCELLED for no reason and package gets returned to sender. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Not a good deal

This is my fourth and last DJI drone. I was locked out from registering for two days. purchased mini 5 pro during mothers day sale and paid full price. (no discount). The RC-2 controller is impossible for me to read on a clear day, even with a sun shade. .it's simply not bright enough. I'd like to return it and get something else.

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company!!! Ordered a drone with extended warranty and a few hours after ordering the warranty was canceled and refunded for no reason. Spent a week trying to get it re added apparently the only way is to return the product itself. This company is garbage order from B&H photo or even Walmart before this company.

You could provide more detailed…

You could provide more detailed instruction on the setup instead of immediately trying to sell more of your product. The consumer should not have to go to you tube and hope the the video by the an amateur is accurate. This whole experience has made me want to return the product.
