It is pure fraudulent service. Before the advance payment they said one thing, but after the advance payment they are saying something completely different. Pure fraudulent speech and service. Please be aware from them.

It's been 4 months I am wearing the ring. But no effect . Have been in debt more than what I had. Relationship has gone worst. Only my installment of ring is going at right time. Also from my other bank installment is getting debitted / transacted for cancelled ID also and no person from divine lane is able to help me out. even after submitting the proof of payments made through bank there is no response on whatsapp from the finance team and instead they are asking me the dates of payment made

I don't know is it correct or wrong the opel gemstone was good looking initially but after few months the stone become transparent which I can see through it , if it is natural then it is good else it's up to you

After stone purchase Nobody attending my call

I wouldn't give them a single star if I could, but there is no option here to give less than a 1-star rating. I want to inform you all that on July 16, 2026, I made a payment of ₹5,085 (Transaction ID: 619743467716) to them for a 9-carat ruby gemstone; I arranged the remaining balance via an EMI plan with Snapmint (6 installments of ₹2,621) and had also ordered a Rudraksha. However, they delivered a 7-carat gemstone to my home on August 9—with a delay of nearly a month—instead of the 9-carat one I was supposed to receive. I returned the 7-carat gemstone and the Rudraksha on August 11, 2026, but they repeated the same mistake; on August 31, 2026, they once again delivered a 7-carat gemstone to my home instead of the 9-carat one, and this time, they didn't even send the Rudraksha at all.
I am amazed that such a large company could make the same mistake repeatedly. Right now, I am paying EMIs for a gemstone that I haven't even received.

That is why I would advise you to buy gemstones from a local shop instead of from them; otherwise, your money will get stuck, and you will face a lot of hassle.
