I ordered Ruby gemstone and Rudraksha…
I ordered Ruby gemstone and Rudraksha from Divinelane Jewellery based on recommendation of Guruma. delivery itself took around 18 days. Initially, I was told that I could see positive results within 7–8 days, but later I was given different explanations about when results would start. I was also advised to purchase another gemstone, and overall I have spent more than 60,000 so far.
My main concern is that all important information about the expected results, timeline, and process should be clearly explained before customer makes purchase. I feel these things should be communicated transparently from beginning rather than explained later.
I hope Divinelane Jewellery takes this feedback positively and improves the customer guidance and communication.

Not happy
Not happy, as promised my rings are not working, design and size not same as finalised. The depth of the stone is such its not touching the skin only which is the basic rule.

Wrong product received but not replaced.... Shown and cost me for golden pearl but send cream pearl... Not exchanged ... Advance for ruby , order cancelled for trust issue, but money not refunded... Fake promises and scammer support team...

The service provided by Divinelane has been exceptionally poor, marked by unsatisfactory employee conduct. I suggest renaming your company to "Fraud Lane," as this more accurately reflects your service quality and employee behavior. For the past four months, I have repeatedly requested action on my complaint, yet there has been no discernible interest from your end. Be assured, I intend to file a First Information Report (FIR) and pursue legal action in consumer court shortly.

Not that happy, as promised my rings are not working, design and size not same as finalised. The depth of the stone is such its not touching the skin only which is the basic rule. Slow responses as well from the team. However, the team is nice to speak but again their recommended carat seem higher than my body mass ratio.
