Service and staff are amazing
Great service - team are so helpful, professional, and quick to respond if support is needed. I have had my medication reviews with Pete Downer who has been so friendly, knowledgeable, and has helped me so much with to navigate medication and get me on the best plan to support my day to day life. Highly recommend!

Beyond poor service
Really poor service,not really interested in anything else but getting money from you. Appointments getting getting cancelled and now I hear nothing from them. Stay well clear of this place. Young girls reading off a script from a screen,then trying to relate to what you’re saying. Thousands of pounds wasted

Great Experience so far- Excellent Team
I have found all communication with Diverse Diagnostics to be positive so far. From initial appointment to diagnosis and ongoing support for medication initiation. Always getting back to me within a reasonable time and they do what they can to answer my questions or find a solution for me. Although, I imagine, they are a very big company, they always make the communication feel personal and are authentically kind and understanding that this is a challenging time for those coming to term with a recent diagnosis. Their staff all seem very well trained and mostly appear to have lived experience which is profoundly helpful and reassuring.
