THIS REVIEW TOOK AWHILE THINKING ANY COMMUNICATION WILL COME BUT NOTHING SO just decided to write a review while cleaning up pending emails...This store DIVAAC.COM can't be trusted- SCAM. I did ordered on October 2024 and for almost a year been waiting for the item to arrive, my event was approaching and nothing was delivered and I decided to cancelled the item. I demanded for a refund. However, million of promises, but never did they refunded my US amount that I spent for two items. Divacc your so depressing UNTRUSTWORTHY advertising dresses to catch customers, but your behavior is unbelievable. YOU MUST BE REPORTED...

Estrella 0 me robaron pague por un vestido desde abril 2025, nunca llego, una contestadora automatica responde los mensajes, es una pagina para robar dinero y estafar a las personas, NO PIDAN NADA ROBAN EL DINERO SON UNOS LADRONES.

J'ai commandé le 4 mai 2025 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. J'ai demandé un remboursement et on me demande de patienter. Je vous confirme c'est une arnaque de chez arnaque. Le "s" a http peut être enlever

Compre un vestido con servicio expres, dos meses despues, llego una blusa que no servia ni de trapo, No responden y es un total fraude.

This company is a complete joke if it is a company. You order a pretty dress online And it comes delivered as a completely different dress. If you try to return it and get your money back, it's completely impossible.
Beware !!!

They are SCAMMERS,I ordered 3 dresses for wedding occasion on Sep/24 and waited about 4 months to receive only 1 and was wrong dress and look like rubbishy.I emailed and they gave me the return address in China and they offered 50%off if I keep the dress then I decided to keep it but the money never got back into the account.The other two dresses NEVER COME and I kept email them and they said they are busy please patient,end up until now I haven’t received my order.Once again THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Compré un traje tres piezas y 2 bolsos. Los bolsos pasables pero el traje, si se le puede llamar así, no sirve ni para disfrazarse y falta la tercera pieza. Nada que ver con la imagen. Un fraude.

What I ordered was not what I received. Absolutely false advertising, appalled that was even passed off as the clothing item, total waste of money and poor customer service, with no real regret that it was a bad garment. Very generic response. It will cost me more to send it back for a refund than it’s even worth, and would lose even more money.

I mean there are no words to describe how bad this is … they are scamming people, putting images of beautiful clothing and then you wait and wait (about one month) then you receive a pile of sh*#•t! Some tags with some prints that tries to resemble what you bought.

I ordered four dresses. When I received the first one I have to say that I thought I was being punked. It looked like a 5-year old made it; something you would get at the dollar store. Then when I emailed them about my disgust and wanting my money back they actually did respond but in reference to the shipping of the other 3 dresses that I ordered. They avoided answering my request.

Scam.total scam.These people send a waste items or not even send anything to people.item I received not even worth 1 dollars..after charging 140 dollars from me..Always says refund in process and never happens..never buy from them..counterfeit products

Total counterfeit, poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. Still waiting for refund, but not holding my breath. American Express investigating. This company is completely fraudulent.

Come molti altri anche io sono stata truffata e ho anche avvisato poste italiane,in quanto collaboarno con loro. Ma in pratica se ne sbattono. Ho provato a contattare l'azienda ma ovviamente c'è la risposta automatica. Segnalata sia l'azienda in questione che poste italiane.

The worst quality I have ever seen. Pure garbage. And the service even worse. They send the wrong dress and only offered to reimburse 10% of what I paid. Never ever buy with them. They are Thiefs.

Non comprate su questo sito è una truffa.Ho comprato un abito il 9/5/2025 ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il mio acquisto.Mando tutti i giorni e-mail ma la risposta è sempre la stessa preimpostata.Non gliene frega niente di risolvere il problema, ho chiesto il rimborso per la mancata consegna ma niente la risposta non cambia mai qualunque cosa scrivi.Ripeto non COMRATE SU QUESTO SITO.

Esperienza terribile. ATTENZIONE!!
ordinato un abito per un matrimonio pagato più 50 €, arrivato dopo un mese (ormai non mi serviva più) completamente diverso da quello visto in foto,tessuto di bassa qualità, cuciture incommentabili. OCCHIO ALLA TRUFFA

Vanno segnalati all'AGCM quanto prima (ci vogliono 5 minuti per compilare il modulo online) Poichè si tratta di una truffa! Non arriva ciò che si ordina, ma pezzi di stoffa cuciti anche male.
Pubblicità ingannevole, false informazioni, prodotti che NON CORRISPONDONO MINIMAMENTE A CIÓ CHE SI ORDINA SUL LORO SITO! vanno bloccati e denunciati immediatamente.
Segnalate il più possibile perchè stanno raggirando diverse persone.

Son vestidos de muy, pero muy baja calidad, solamente te roban el dinero, no hay quien te conteste y tampoco puedes devolver la ropa, me llegó un vestido de lo mas feo, nada que ver con el modelo que ofertan y no puedo cancelar el otro que aun no me envían, no devuelven el dinero, es un ESTAFA.
