I ordered from this company back in May. Its now gone into liquidation owing gyms and studios all over Aus over $400k in equipment. If you're still waiting on your gear I suggest you get in contact with the liquidator. Can be found via the District fitness Instagram.

Promise the world, fail to deliver.
When the first delivery was eventually made, the weight plates were different to what was ordered with no explanation or apology. Correct mass of weights, but not in the correct individual sizes as ordered.

The final delivery some 4 months after it was due was for the wrong bench. If I wanted an incline bench, that is what I would have ordered. Not worth chasing or following up because no doubt I would be waiting another 4 months

No problem with the quality of the equipment, but what was delivered is not what was ordered. Order here if you’re in no rush and you don’t mind if your order is substituted for something else.

7.5 months waiting for my piece of equipment to arrive. Minimal to no communication from the company.

Once the equipment arrived
For the most part the quality of the equipment was good aside from some flimsy plastic that was expected to hold the main portion of the equipment together. Fair to say that broke before it was even in use.

Unlikely to shop here in the future

I ordered the item and almost 8 months later it has been shipped after being told it was going to be delivered multiple times. It was finally sent after several phone calls and emails. After the last phone call they said after waiting for so long they would give me a discount but never did.
I don’t think I will buying from this company anytime soon

I have been waiting for my equipment for 10 months & the staff have stopped responding to my emails. I can't review the product but i certainly will not purchase from them again due to terrible customer service & lack of accountability.

These guys literally saved me. Purchased all during the last lockdown when everything was was impossible to get and these guys pushed through. Quality is rock solid. It is used almost every single day since lockdown and still going strong. Look and perform as new. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again as the service was awesome! Very easy to deal with and the process end to end was quick and easy.

I've got to give 1 star. Even though it was a 7 month wait for the product that is not the reason why. The reason is poor communication on their end. I understand things like shipping delays can be out of district's hands but communication with their customers is not.

A great product, easy to build with simple instructions (picture). A compact product good for any space, big or small. A versatile product with options to add and build with extra additions.

I am exceptionally happy with my District Fitness sissy squat, the sturdy build, nice finish & great price. District Fitness offer great products and great customer service, they kept me up to date with the eta and promptly answered any questions that I had.
I am a very happy customer and will purchase more equipment from District Fitness.

Purchased a cable cross an adjustable they even threw in some free 20kg plates due to shipping extremely happy thanks guys.

I own a personal training studio in which I have purchased equipment through multiple suppliers. District Fitness has probably been the worst I have ever dealt with. I waited 4 months for an item that was said to be delivered in up to 2 months. The communication was poor to say the least and when they did communicate they were clueless as to when I would recieve my package.
When my item arrived it was in a beat up box and had no instructions inside. I would absolutely steer clear of this company and save your money and stress.

I was a little disappointed with the quality and lack of instructions that came with my sissy squat. Upon opening the box that it came in there were 1/2tonne of washers and what looks to be two extra screws and no instructions to assemble which is very poor.
The quality of the sissy squat was also not as polished as it looks. The black paint on the chrome parts to match the rest of the sissy squat was poorly done and the district fitness logo was slapped on on an angle. The equipment itself appears fine but when it takes 2months longer to get delivered and some of the reviews it got I was let down by the overall experience what I received.

The bumper plates are awesome! good job just ready before Christmas :)

Excellent product. Very sturdy. Took a while to get delivered but that can't be helped with whats going on in the world at the moment. Great communication by the team with all the updates about deliveries.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered a weight tree over 2 months ago and am yet to receive it. I have contacted the company numerous times only to be told the issue was with the freight company. Upon calling the freight company they told me that the item was at their depot but would not be delivered as District Fitness had not paid their bills.
The company openly blames the delays on Covid and tells lie after lie

3 months now and still no product, I did receive an abusive phone call from the owner who told me I would receive the item within 3 days and that my complaint was unreasonable, another month has passed and still no delivery.

After 7 months and very little communication the item arrived while I was away. I had made it clear I wanted a refund but still no word from District. After opening the package it was clear the item was not new, had rust spots and worn pedestal feet. I am trying to email them but they don't want to know anything about it. I'm disappointed yes but feel completely ignored. Happy to take my money then take 7 months to deliver a used and damaged item.

We are still waiting on equipment that was meant to arrive late October. We were told it would arrive in another 2 weeks which it still hasn't. We requested another update and still haven't heard back.

Awesome service. Would recommend to others if they need any gym equipment
