Great products prompt delivery and competitive prices

Great service with equally great quality products. We have purchased in store and on line.

Customer service was woeful. Let down twice on the same order. Obviously my purchase was too minor (two workout towels) to really be a bother. They were Christmas gifts that didn’t come from their West End warehouse until after Christmas, despite being ordered a week before.

Boxing gloves are awesome. Thank you very much.

Easy to order online, delivered quite quickly, happy with the exercise bike

It's quite small and thin. For $40+ I'd expect it to at least cover the entire bench. Quite disappointed to be honest. It's cute though, and soft, so I'll give 2 stars.

I bought the Bodyworx ABX450AT from Elite. It was great at first, but after about 18months, the belt started slipping. It got worse and worse. Contacted manufacturer who was completely unhelpful. So I contacted Elite who said that they would get their guy who builds / maintains sports equipment to give me a call in a day or two to talk me through how to fix it. That was 3 or 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting.

Both staff members at South Brisbane were very helpful with their advice and service . They even went out of their way to assemble a dumbbell rack when collecting which was most appreciated

It was an absolute please dealing with Elite Fitness and the home installation of 'The Art of Fitness Bundle'. Matt (aka the social media star of Elite) was extremely professional, courteous and informative during the installation process and 'the bundle' itself was exceptional value; containing every conceivable strength improving equipment, that I could ever wish for - I highly recommend the Elite Fitness team.

Elite staff were very helpful with online chat. I had not received my bike until the 7th day as it was indicated by Elite, so I sent an email early Friday morning. Immediately, I received a phone call from the Store Manager in Brisbane, he apologised and ensured the bike was delivered that same day by lunch time. All staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

I placed a late order for my FX200 combo and was able to mix and match what I wanted. Fantastic customer service and assembly was done in no time. Great product guys and look forward to adding to my home gym with Elite Equipment.
