Delicious food but let down by DPD…
Delicious food but let down by DPD delivery who left it at completely the wrong address, with the driver failing to take a photo. The customer service number in Birmingham went straight to an Indian call centre who offered no help at all. Not the first time DPD has let us down. Fortunately whoever ended up with the parcel brought it over about an hour later.

Good to be able to try these top chefs' creations. Delivery and packaging spot on. Finishing the food is easy with Good instructions. Just slightly underwhelmed by the end result.

I was sent a link through Waitrose
I was sent a link through waitrose for this company i looked at their website & their meal offers but did not order anything i later found out that the company had charged me £79 when i tried to contact the company they dont offer a telephone contact or live chat i also contacted waitrose to raise my concern to be fair to the company they did reply quickly to my message it turned out that i must of clicked the wrong button to subscribe & they refunded me upon my inquiry

Fantastic experience with wonderful food.
We had Michel Roux's Weekend Hamper and wasn't disappointed. The big surprise was seeing a small sourdough loaf which tasted devine. All the instructions were clear and concise including how to cook some of the items. The whole experience was brilliant and we enjoyed every part of the meal. Even though it was for 2 people we enjoyed it over two nights and finished the last little bits on the third evening. We are looking forward to trying another of Michel's meals as we have noticed that he has a Beef Wellington dish. That might well be our next purchase!

The food didn't arrive
The food didn't arrive. Apparently DPD had an issue but we didn't know until mid way through the day. It was ordered for birthday celebration so we were very disappointed on this occasion. However previous orders have been great

Friday night Italian dinner
Angela Hartnett’s menu was very easy to prepare and serve and the flavours were lovely. Particularly enjoyed the smoked aubergine dip and the hazelnut torte with coffee cream.
I did add a bit of extra salad to serve alongside the Porcini Gnocchi, but the portion sizes and food quality were good.
