I could not be any more disappointed with this company. I went to have an issue with my tires checked and I ended up buying new tires by "recommendation" of the sales associate, trusting I was receiving good-faith information; and the issue I went for was not even looked at, let alone taken care of. I contacted the manager to resolve this and I was ignored. This happened to me a few years ago with the same store. I went for a specific issue, the sales associate suggested that the tires I had were the issue and made me buy new ones. The issue was not resolved until I contacted the District Manager. It is sad that with this situation going on companies are trying to take advantage of consumers to make up for the money they are losing but they are screwing their own customer base. Never will I go to that store or company again.

I've only taken my cars to Discount Tire, first the store on Williamson in Ormond Beach and now the store at Regency in Jacksonville. Honest pricing, helpful attendants and it's clear the business works hard to train their teams to be concerned with customers' road safety.

Store 4th Ave & Bell Rd. Phoenix AZ. This would have been a 5 star review at other Discount Tire stores. At THIS location couldn’t believe once the person finished putting new tire I just purchased on my Audi; just before I drove away, person dropped the lug caps in my hand to put back on myself! WOW! Not worried. Never returning!!!! 🤨

Excellent service! The staff was very experienced, prompt and friendly. The prices were also great. I will be back for sure!

Sitting in the lobby waiting for 2 new tires to be mounted. TYLER MERRITT was great at assistance and knowing his stock on hand! JAIRO kept me updated, almost minute to minute, on where they were on my tire installation and how much more time my wait would be! So happy to know this process can be accomplished in such a short wait. Also nice to enjoy credit at Christmas with an additional 40.00 Mastercard by mail for the purchase of these tires.

Bellingham, WA, Lakeway Drive location. They were patient, polite and honest with me, making sure I understood all the possibilities involved in repairing a tire (up to/including how it might have to be replaced). I got cost estimates, time estimates, and they made sure that this old man was clear about everything. Did I mention how patient and polite they were? And talk about FAST and EFFICIENT! They excelled at both of those qualities, too! Car in, 15 minutes later car out! No games, no "fast ones" just honest and efficient service.

Prompt service and good value for tires at the store in Albuquerque New Mexico and Las Vegas Nevada was my experience.

Never thought I would review a tire place, but these guys are just so dang good....

I've only been to one location but I've had over a decade of excellent interactions there. The service and advice is great and they are always done before they promised.

I recently had to fix a damaged tire that was under warranty. Handed them my keys, grabbed lunch, and picked it up after with no paperwork or hassle.

Wish they worked on motorcycles!

Lansing, MI. S. Pennsylvania Store Manager James allowed me into store after closing. He personally took care of my leaking tire/sensor that was having a problem due to the freezing weather. I was panicking as I did not know what was wrong with the tire and imaging myself stranded in the severe weather someplace. James went above & beyond to insure I understood the problem and that it was all taken care of so that I would feel safe.
