Ordered products 2 weeks ago and my transport company have not received confirmation about the delivery/availability. Nobody is answering to our questions.

Great service and quality products

I ordered the products on 07.06.2024
According to them, the products left the warehouse on June 12, 2024.
Then nothing more was heard about the whole thing.
Despite the inquiries.
The products were finally delivered on 08.07.2024
Really slow compared to before. I can no longer recommend.
This used to be a good shop.

Placed order, paid for it, paid for transport. Order was never sent and customer support was 0/5 via email. For some reason my order was cancelled. No messages, nothing. Got my money back though.

I placed my order 1.8.2024 and then ordered transport and I have sent three inquiries about status of my order. I don't know is it shipped yet or still in warehouse. No response from the company. None what so ever. That is not how customer service works. I hope I get my order some day. Can't really recommend discandoo anymore. Few years ago i got my order from discandoo like in 5 business days now its been three weeks and counting.

Made order 5.8 and today 21.8 haven´t got anything. Tracking code sais it has not been sent???

You dont send orders and dont answer enails???

I can't understand your policy. Again I ordered 3 x 1l Stroh Jäger te, and you sent mi 3 x 0,5l. If this is humor, I really don't understand you. I feel pissed. You can easily find my latest order. I can send you a photo after unboxing the delivery.

Order on 31st July, the items not even arrived at Shipping company nod on 14th August.

I never received my products. Numerous messages did not help the matter. The explanation was that they have two warehouses and they will contact you when the order is found. Never found.

I ordered shipping, sent info 2 times, both mails were reply to original mail, mails back from discandooo saying they did not get my shipping info.

My order was never shipped but I had no refund for the delivery costs. Very hard to reach customer service.
