I too was victim of the pool float scam as described by others

paid for good never received ! do not answer email. I should have read the reviews prior to purchase. AMEX unfortunatley would not cancel the payment as they said they had proof of delivery ! No delivery no goods - must be a scam.

Did not receive item! Total scam! Ugh

I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals through Shop App and after 18 days I still hadn’t received them. I contacted customer service (they only reply by email — no one answers the phone), and they provided me with a tracking number from China.

Today, instead of sandals, I received a small envelope containing a mini Christmas card (in August!). The package was sent from:

This address appears to be a cargo warehouse. Underneath the USPS shipping label, there was a previous label (International shipment from China to the US) that matched the tracking number the Flowena customer service rep gave me.
So what they did was sent this small mail from China to US with Chinese XYEX, then switches to USPS in San Diego.
Total SCAM!!!

I never received my ordered. They never responded to my emails on status

Fake Shop!!! Be careful! You pay and receive nothing

Big time scammers!! Waited over a month for the item ordered and they claim it was delivered when it never came! Disputed the charge with credit card company. Beware of scammers!!

Never received anything after two months of purchasing. Attempted to email, no replies. Total scam.

I am being charged Monthly somehow!! Watch out everyone you might want to cancel your card used. This is awful and completely unethical.

Bogus, Chinese based company. They mail a cheap, lightweight "A" pendant necklace in order to generate a tracking number and delivery "churn" statistics.

I suggest you print to pdf this website, or give the url to your credit card company in order to battle the charges. Otherwise this company will simply send their delivery confirmation to your credit card company and try to quickly close the dispute.

Also ask to ban this merchant from doing business with your credit card company. I have. Its worth it to put your best effort up front.

Ordered the inflatable pool ring over two months ago and they have ignored every email sent. This is obviously a scam. After now seeing all the reviews. I’ve reported it to my bank.
