Hi Mario, sorry that we got cut off on the phone, was trying to explain that we certainly do not run a corrupt site or try to rip customers off. As your order was placed 2 minutes before our same day dispatch guarantee it was dispatched on the same day, however as you mentioned you tried to call to cancel it was regrettable that at that time we were unable to answer the phone. However the good news is you qualified for free shipping and free returns so you will not be out of pocket at all for this miss on our behalf. Simply reject the delivery when it comes to you or if you aren't able to meet the courier after it arrives let us know and we will arrange collection and you will receive full credit for this. Really sorry that you had a negative experience with us this time but rest assured there is noting dodgy going on and we will be glad to assist you on the whole process. I've bought quite a few PowerPoint's from these guys now. What I do really love is the fact I don't need to be a tradie to buy from them. I'm a small consumer say 10-20 items and none of them were damaged. I also think delivery prices are reasonable. Thanks team, please keep it up!
