My phone call was answered straight away which is always a good start. The advice was great. The product was delivered to NSW from Qld 2 days after ordering. Very happy.

Prices are as low as you will see…

Prices are as low as you will see anywhere. Customer service was amazing... they actually called me while picking my order as I was a few bucks away from receiving a free gift. The lady helped me up my order to get the free gift. Shipping was super quick, was out the door the very next day, received same week even without premium postage option. Great range of products, had everything I needed.

Not great

Not great. Purchased a switch which failed the first use. Then they make me send it back, and wait for them to assess the switch not working( apparently needed to go to their specialist department) and you guessed it, I am still without my switch and my wires are just hanging out of my wall. Will not buy from here again.

Fantastic Customer Service

Recently ordered from this exceptional company and not only was the ordering process easy, but communication was 10/10 keeping me updated throughout with order confirmation, despatch details including tracking number and anticipated delivery. Excellent communication

Item arrived in good time. Easy to order with detailed information on products and various payment options available. Great communication after ordering with parcel tracking and expected delivery time.

The website ordering system would only…

The website ordering system would only allow for delivery comments if it was selected for 'leave package in a safe place'.
The comments were required to input for promotional shirt size- so had to select for shirt size of which I put- XXL size.
The shirt that arrived was Small size which i unfortunately had to throw away.
And the satchel which had been delivered (which I didnt want left at the front of house) was split and parts were spilling out of the side of package and out of their own protective individual pouches.
