Direct Plastics Recenzje

I mistakenly ordered the wrong material on line, the next morning I was able to speak to the company and after listening to some very helpful advice, I cancelled the order, the money I had paid was back into my account the next day. What a great company to deal with.

Excellent service

the online ordering system is so easy to navigate and the delivery times of cut panels is very good too

Easy to use website. Plastic ordered and delivered within a week.
Will definitely use this company again.

Perfect.product exactly what I needed in a not excessive quantity.

Great value and quality. Super fast delivery and well packed. Recommended.

Easy website to visit and very quick delivery

Absolutely marvellous. Lost order in post, so sent a repeat that arrived next day. Could not do any better.

The website works very well, prices are good and next day delivery.

Good, Prompt

Good price, quick delivery. - Excellent service.

Always on the ball with responses and VERY quick deliveries.

I ordered polycarbonate sheets. There wasn't much in the way of delivery information but the sheets came through in a reasonable time, are in good condition and appear solid.

My gripe is that the web page is not clear about what product they sell. The polycarbonate page gives a lot of spiel about Lexan, UV resistant polycarbonate but the product is actually standard Impex. To be fair, the ordering page doesn't mention a brand but it feels disingenuous.

Maybe there's something about price that should have made it obvious this wasn't the same as they were advertising on the main page. But I'm not a business customer and it doesn't say 'trade only'. I had searched for polycarbonate offcuts and this site came up (obviously not their fault I was under the wrong impression). But I was therefore expecting the 'offcuts' to be a bit cheaper than normal, though I still paid 70 quid. I even added a comment on the order saying it was for a small greenhouse and was hoping for a UV resistant product (the UV resistant Impex is Impex UVA or something).
Lesson learned I suppose.

we often use Direct Plastics and George is always really knowledgeable and keen to help.

Delivery is regularly super prompt even close to Christmas, i rarely even consider getting our plastics from anywhere else
