Delivery on time,Quality goods & Great Value for Money

Easy to use website, goods delivered before expected which was perfect timing for the job. Very polite delivery driver

This company has failed to deliver my order on it’s due date twice now. The order was placed a week ago. It gave “estimated “ dates but no tracking information so I’ve had to remain on site on both days, not knowing when or if the order would show up. In the real world customers expect such dates to be met or, in the event of issues, that they will be given an explanation as to what the issue is and a firm revised date. I’d already had to chase after they missed the first date and I’ll be on the phone first thing tomorrow to find out what’s gone wrong now - a refund beckons. Their website (which has been slow or completely down over the last few days) still gives the order status as “processing “ which does not bode well. Despite the company’s failure to deliver anything yet, I’ve not given it the very lowest rating as they do answer the phone and the staff try to be helpful but I need product to renew my guttering, not words. It’ll take a major turnaround for me ever to consider using them again.

I rarely leave reviews, but this has been a genuinely awful experience.

I ordered materials with a confirmed delivery date, only for it not to turn up. Since then, I’ve been told multiple times that the order is “out for delivery”, and each time, nothing arrives.

As a result, I’ve now wasted 2.5 days of annual leave sitting at home waiting for a delivery that never comes.

Communication has been poor throughout. No proactive updates, no clear explanation, and no accountability; just repeated vague assurances that don’t materialise into anything.

At this point, I have no confidence in the delivery information being provided. “Out for delivery” clearly doesn’t mean what it should.

If you value your time, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering. This has been frustrating, inconvenient, and entirely avoidable with proper communication and basic reliability.

I’m still waiting for a clear answer on where my order actually is and when it will be delivered

Did what it said on the side of the tin....as they say. Well done

Very easy to order. Good range of products. Competitive prices. Delivery person used their initiative to leave goods in a sensible place.

Rang about expected delivery was told not in stock (ordered nearly two weeks ago) and given a delivery date of today 16/04/2026 the reason for ringing them up!
When told not in stock and do not know when will be…. Asked for refund and cancel order.
Then advisor said he doesn’t like my tone and really revved up on me as if it was my fault.
Asked to speak to a supervisor but he hung up on me.
If he was one of my employees I personally would sacked him on the spot!
Have call records of exactly how he spoke to me and will not be using this company ever again nor recommending them.
Will keep you updated on when I receive my refund.

Simple ordering Good prices. Helpful delivery Quality products

If I was reviewing the price it would be 5*
Unfortunately they are let down to 1* for delivery on time ( or lack of delivery)
And customer service . Still waiting , job held up 3 times due to broken promises and still waiting for order and no recompense for lost time and still paid delivery charge.

UPDATE - I received an email first thing with apologies explaining that the website should not of shown a Good Friday Delivery. Fair enough as a Bank Holiday. My Facias and Soffits turned up first thing today. Driver was very professional and very happy with service and price. Would have been a 5 star review but for website error that did put me out but this wouldn’t be a regular thing.

Feedback would be to calanderise a reminder to update website on delivery timescales on a bank holiday

The products were due on Friday. Seemed good value and just what I needed Stayed in all day and no communication and 48 hours later still hasn’t turned up. Still no communication apart from this give usa review so not great at the moment

This is the first Trustpilot review I’ve ever written, and it’s for good reason. There are plenty of companies selling soffits and fascias, and I chose Direct Plastics because they were the most affordable option with solid reviews. I’m leaving this review because they genuinely went above and beyond.

I needed the materials delivered the next day for a roof installation. I placed the order but wasn’t sure if next‑day delivery would be possible, so I called to check. I spoke with Caroline, who was exceptionally helpful. She contacted the delivery agent while I was still on the phone and arranged everything for next‑day delivery. I called in the afternoon, so there was no expectation for them to expedite the order at such short notice.

The order arrived well‑packaged between 9–10am the following morning, and the roof was completed without a hitch. Top marks to Direct Plastics, and a special thanks to Caroline for her outstanding help.

All good. Wasn't given tracking details though. But item did arrive on the day it said it would. Delivery driver was kind. Whole new guttering working as it should.

Just ordered facia boards and gutters plus accessories from direct plastic's I found the whole experience very easy from paying for the goods, to them delivering my order, all products delivered at the same time, all in good order, and a nice pleasant driver, who took the time to ensure that I had everything I ordered, all this and at a good price, what more can you ask for, will I use this company in the future, YES , they make it all so easy.
