For the first time I didn’t have a great experience. John was super friendly but provided incorrect information regarding my next cruise certificate, (perhaps from Royal), which I ended up resolving.
Once I fixed the issue with my next cruise certificate John inadvertently booked me on the wrong cruise. This was also resolved once I queried the booking information.
I still have minor outstanding requests from yesterday that I have not yet seen resolution from Direct Line.
Again, John was super friendly and super helpful during the whole process

Two of your agents assisted me with our next cruise. It wasn’t easy to do. My daughter and I had casino credits, next cruise credit plus a voucher for 20 per cent off a cruise. It actually took 2 days to complete. Day 1 Cheeo spend over 2 hours working on the cruise. She was off the next day so she emailed Marilyn all the information and finally after another 2-3 hours Marilyn was able to book it for us. To me these two ladies are very valuable employees and they deserve a great thanks in my book. I have been involved with direct line cruises for many many years and each time the results are always the same perfect without any problems. You do have a total of $135 in onboard credit which shows on your DLC Cruise Confirmation. Most of the onboard credit is coming from our agency which will be posted to your account once onboard. Only $50 of the onboard credit is coming from the cruise line on your reservation which you may already see on your cruise planner. Rest assured, the remaining onboard credits from DLC will be purchased and reflected on your account once you embark. Hopefully this helps!! Thank you for booking with Direct Line Cruises.
